好莱坞“鬼才”导演蒂姆·波顿的奇幻冒险巨制《佩小姐的奇幻城堡》目前正在中国内地热映，根据电影票房的数据，首周末三天拿下约6950万票房成绩，猫眼平台评分维持在8.7分左右，好评高于今年上映的大部分电影。不少观众表示，大开眼界的奇幻故事和角色非常引人入胜，影片的3D效果尤为出众。日前奥斯卡金像奖最佳视觉效果奖20强名单出炉，《佩小姐的奇幻城堡》与福斯今年的《侍》《X战警：天启》《独立日2》同在名单之列。
除了身临其境的特效和3D效果，影片独特的“波顿式美学”美术风格也获得不少赞誉。上周日，片方在北京的单向空间举办了一场以蒂姆·波顿为主题的沙龙活动，邀请到著名电影艺术指导郝艺以及《怪屋女孩》第一部(《佩小姐的奇幻城堡》由此小说改编中文版译者姚雪晴两位老师，与观众一起畅聊曾推出《剪刀手爱德华》《大鱼》《僵尸新娘》等经典作品的蒂姆·波顿。
郝艺是《寻龙诀》《画皮2》《无人区》《南京南京》《刀见笑》艺术指导，凭借《刀见笑》获得第48届台湾电影金马奖最佳造型设计奖。他表示：“蒂姆·波顿是大师，至今无人超越,还没有人能做出像他那样的作品。”《佩小姐的奇幻城堡》中，男主角穿越到70年前的二战时期，电影中有不少复古的装束和道具，同样在《寻龙诀》中也处理过跨两个年代戏的`郝艺，讲解了如何处理这种年代跨越美术创作的心得：“人对颜色的感受特别直观，在电影里，不同的时代或者是世界可以稍微用颜色区分一下，但是不能太刻意，区分之后还要让别人不觉得突兀，得是一个完整的东西，蒂姆·波顿这个做得挺好的。”
姚雪晴则表示：“一个电影打动我必须具备两个要素：第一个是一定要有故事;第二一定要有美学的意境。蒂姆·波顿的作品刚好就符合我的这两条标准。”
《佩小姐的奇幻城堡》，波顿继续以自己招牌式的哥特式风格，将隐藏在黑色幽默中的童话故事绚丽释放。在主人公带领下，拥有超能力的角色展开了惊奇冒险，其中的“穿越”设定也增强了影片的“地气”。随着轰炸城堡的飞机上投下印有“纳粹”标志的子弹，故事定格在了第二次世界大战中的1943年。怪诞的角色和奇幻故事是影片中的一大亮点，吃眼珠的怪兽看起来可怕，却充满了可以猜想的隐喻，让这部电影引起了更多影评人和观众的热评。
电影还在上映中，这部今年最具风格化的好莱坞电影不容错过，观众可以去影院享受经奥斯卡肯定的3D体验，并跟随角色们踏上一场刺激的惊奇冒险。值得注意的是，《怪屋女孩》系列图书中文版已经发售，由天地出版社出版发行，续集《怪屋女孩2：空城》，大结局《怪屋女孩3：灵魂博物馆》也与电影同步上市。
