学生应该怎么使用网络英语作文【一】
走进今天的中学校园，我们会发现许多中学生都拥有自己的手机。从某种意义上说，手机已经成为他们生活中的重要组成部分。
为此，我们调查了本校的部分学生和老师，据他们了解，每个班里约有10个左右的学生使用手机，有的班级甚至更多。按照一个班60人计，有大约16%左右的中学生使用手机。在调查中，我们发现，这些使用手机的学生中，分为固定和临时两类。固定的是家长亲自给孩子买的，学生可以自由支配，而临时的是当家长在某个时期不用时，拿给孩子用的。小县城如此，大城市又如何呢?据网上资料显示，一个记者在两所中学发放了500份问卷，对中学生使用手机的情况作了一次抽样调查，调查结果是:拥有手机的学生达到258人，占调查总人数的51.7%，其中以高中学生为主。在北京、上海等经济较为发达的地区，其比例更是达到了惊人的程度。就连一些来自发达国家的外籍教师也对此感到惊讶。
那中学生该不该拥有手机呢?对于中学生使用手机是利是弊，引起校方和学生家长们的极大关注。
家长:用手机“遥控”孩子行踪
主张给孩子买手机的家长都表示，买手机的目的一是为了关键时刻能找到孩子，比如放学后能督促其尽快回家。二是一旦孩子路遇歹人，也能及时用电话报警。我们来听几位家长的声音:一女士声称“现在的手机价格不高，样子又很漂亮，给孩子买一个，联系起来挺方便的，省得一整天都找不到人。”暑假就给17岁的儿子刚买了一部手机。
另一位家长也说“孩子有了手机之后，我们之间的交流多了。以往总好象儿子大了就与妈妈有了代沟，现在，他会时不时地给我们发发短信，聊聊天开开玩笑。家里气氛好多了。”手机实际上是一根“绳”，能“拴”住孩子让做父母的放心。
看来，家长们的本意是好的，但是在现实生活中有手机的学生也给家长带来了无尽的烦恼。刘先生也给今年升入中学的儿子买了个手机。谁知，每当刘先生有事需要马上找到儿子时，手机总是“关机”，怎么着急也联系不上，现在，儿子照样晚回家，理由不是手机没电了就是忘记了开机，反正他能有一百个理由等着你。
一位家长还说，自从给孩子买了手机，孩子干脆不用家里的电话了，常躲着父母用自己的手机对外联系。家长还承认，孩子用手机谈论学习方面的内容少，主要用于学生之间发短信、玩游戏，或是登录互联网。
有一些同学对父母这片好心的理解为:“父母动不动就给我打电话，‘监视’我的一举一动，特烦人。”

因为网络和现代人的生活息息相关，我们必须要小心谨慎的使用才能发挥它的正面功能，为人类社会创造最大福祉。诚如“水能载舟，亦能覆舟”，网络能为人类带来意想不到的贡献，当然也有它不可避免的缺点，假如我们不能遵循网络安全，那么网络就会像一只无法控制的巨兽，造成人类社会毁灭性的灾难。
对我们这群学生来说，从小建立正确的网络观念，养成良好的网络伦理，并且正确的使用网络来吸收知识，培养自己的学习能力便显得格外的重要。至于应该怎样安全的使用网络，我想可以从以下几个方面来努力：
首先，要确立着作财产权的法律观念，不可心存占小便宜心态，私自使用盗版软件，或任意下载盗版歌曲、影片，因为未经作者同意、授权，非法下载档案是一种触犯法律的行为。
其次，谨慎的选择适合学生的网站，除了请师长协助之外，还可以浏览优良的教学网站，这样才能从浩瀚如海的网站中挑选出对自己最有帮助的；除此之外，远离暴力、色情、怪异及不适当的网站，阻止不良的网络讯息也是不可或缺的要项。
第三，使用网络时必须遵守礼节伦理，不可任意散布不正确言论、恶意攻击、揭发他人隐私，甚至假借他人名义来发表违反社会善良风俗的言论。
第四，应有保密的观念，切勿在网络上轻易的'洩露个人或家庭资料，威胁生命财产的安全。尤其最近网络诈骗盛行，任何与个人资料有关的姓名、电话、地址、学校、金融机构帐号等，都有可能沦为诈骗集团犯罪的工具。
最后，使用网络时要特别注意自己的人身安全，万万不可以和网友单独见面，有必要时一定要请父母或师长同行以保障人身安全。
网络的功能无远弗届，其影响力已遍及整个世界，我们应该采取健康的心态，积极的发挥其正面功能，明了网络的相关法律，并且确实的遵守网络安全须知，这样才能创造出网络的最大价值，为人类带来最大福祉。

these young people are wrong. in my opinion every student should have a knowledge of housework. after all, they will have a family of their own, and they should do their part in keeping a good home. boys should also learn to do housework, for what will they do if they remain single? though not all boys remain single, yet they will be very helpful in the family if they know some housework. anyhow they will not lose anything, but, on the contrary, they will gain something useful.
for what i said above, we can find some eamples of our fellow-students studying abroad. all young men do housework as girls do. someone would argue that we can employ servants. this is true. however, what shall we do if the servant leaves us and all things are left to ourselves? we just cannot leave our clothes as they are and let worms and ants eat them up. and what can we do it we go and study in a foreign country where servants are out our means to employ? we must work for ourselves. why not start to learn to do housework now or else it will be too late? everyone should learn to do housework. what do you think about my idea, boys and girls?
