For thousands of years， animals have trodden a slow path， their spirits together with the body。 But our human being\'s transportation is too fast。 The body moves but the soul is left behind。 We try to free ourselves in convenience， but we only imprison the soul。 Since we invented how to count hours， we do everything to short the time， short the deadline。 But the time saved can\'t be shorten。 Nowadays， we spend lots of time staying in front of a TV just changing the channels， while we have no time to talk with a good friend or play with our family。 We have plenty of time to search old news on the internet， while we hardly think about our life。 In the end， the only thing apparent is our loneliness。
Take your time， please。 Try to follow the natural steps and have your own clock。 Try to share your time with everybody you love， share your mind， your happiness and sadness。 Try to read the world we live in， do not only catch a quick glimpse at the society。
Someday， when we know how to spend every second in our life， we can then live our own life。

They don't realize that wasting time is actually equal to killing themselves. They always regret not having made great achievements. One of the reasons may be they do not make good use of time. Being lazy will eventually lead to failure. Don't wait, because you don't know how long it will take when you put off your plan.

比起乔丹，他只是太阳系众行星中的其中一颗；比起约翰逊，他只是滚滚长江中的一滴小水珠；比起德雷克斯勒，他只是万里长城上的一块小石块。他太渺小了，渺小得让人很容易就忽略。米勒没有戒指，相对于建立“公牛皇朝”的乔丹来说，他是一个失败者，而且很失败。但是，我崇拜他。
我崇拜他，崇拜他那永不放弃的坚韧。18年了，人生有多少个18年呢？从他被印第安纳步行者队选中后，他就为球队奉献了18年，期间不曾会，除了因为伤病问题，他没有缺席步行者的任何比赛。面对对手一次次凌厉的攻击，他没有放弃；面对伤病一次次疼痛的折磨，他没有放弃。这是一个多么有毅力的男人啊！他坚信：有付出，就有收获。
我崇拜他，崇拜他那不服输的精神。8。9秒，8分，赛场上有多少奇迹呢？但是，他做到了，是他那顽强的精神感染了步行者们，是他那不畏对手的眼神激励着步行者们，他们一路拼，过五关斩六将，可惜啊！幸运的天秤倒向了另一边……曾经，米勒笑过，像个孩子，很纯，很甜，他挥舞着双臂，又蹦又跳地冲向教练，步行者们拥抱在一起，接受着整个球馆的祝贺。梦想，又差一步了……当幸运女神不再眷顾他们时，米勒仍不服输，他，还在坚持……他坚信：有梦想，才有将来。
我崇拜他，崇拜他那无私的精神，作为球队的核心，他不仅在赛场上组织球队打好比赛，而且下场休息时也不忘指点队友，把经验传授给他们，多么无私啊！在盛行“人不为己，天诛地灭”的当今，米勒可以说是一个异类，但他不在乎，他只想和队友团结合作，完成梦想罢了。他坚信：团结就是力量。
我崇拜他，可惜，他走了，在他宣布退休时，赛场的球迷无不高呼他的名字：“米勒、米勒……”当他的球衣被缓缓升起时，在场的球迷无不对他18年来的精彩表现表示感谢……眼泪，再也忍不住了……他付出太多了。却没有得到大大的回报，很可惜，真的很可惜……
英雄是孤独的，失败的英雄更显孤独。米勒是孤独的，毕竟，没有一个人能真正替他分担：小奥尼尔还太年轻；杰克逊还不够成熟；阿泰斯特又太冲动了……如今他们都会了。步行者已经不再是当年的步行者了。不变的，是米勒的球衣仍然悬挂在球馆上方，以及人们对他的思念和崇拜……
米勒虽然失败了，但是他那永不言败，永不服输的精神难道不值得我们学习吗？难道他的坚韧无私不值得我们敬佩吗？
失败，并不可怕，懂得站起来并坦然面对的才是真正的王者，失败乃成功之母嘛！也许，这也是我崇拜他的原因之一吧！虽然拿不到总冠军，却默默坚持着……
