these young people are wrong. in my opinion every student should have a knowledge of housework. after all, they will have a family of their own, and they should do their part in keeping a good home. boys should also learn to do housework, for what will they do if they remain single? though not all boys remain single, yet they will be very helpful in the family if they know some housework. anyhow they will not lose anything, but, on the contrary, they will gain something useful.
for what i said above, we can find some eamples of our fellow-students studying abroad. all young men do housework as girls do. someone would argue that we can employ servants. this is true. however, what shall we do if the servant leaves us and all things are left to ourselves? we just cannot leave our clothes as they are and let worms and ants eat them up. and what can we do it we go and study in a foreign country where servants are out our means to employ? we must work for ourselves. why not start to learn to do housework now or else it will be too late? everyone should learn to do housework. what do you think about my idea, boys and girls?

暑假，要读一本好书，让自己与孩子们一同成长。于永正老师的为师之道《做一个学生喜欢的老师》是一本很接地气的教育名著，书中描述了于老师在教育教学中的感悟，在教学活动中的偶得，但更多是于老师与学生之间发生的故事。读后，引发我在教育教学中的许多思考。
每个老师都有这样的愿望，做学生喜欢的教师。经验告诉我，作为老师，想让一部分学生喜欢你很容易，但是让所有的孩子都喜欢你真的很难。要做一位学生喜欢的老师，就要像于老师一样，必须具备教学上的智慧、教育中的智慧、同家长交流的智慧，以发展的眼光关注学生的未来，以博爱的胸怀面对全体学生。
于老师说，要让孩子喜欢你，必须做一个甘草似的教师，温和而宽厚，要真心的爱学生，把学生当作自己的孩子，善待每一个学生。就要放下架子，把自己当做他们的朋友。把学生放在心上。以平等、博爱的态度对待每一位学生，教师的爱如同阳光一样能够温暖人，严而有爱、爱而从严，只要老师充满爱，学生们一定会喜欢。
于老师成功的秘密在于尊重学生。每个学生都希望自己是老师喜欢的学生，都不希望自己是老师“讨厌的人”，希望得到老师的表扬。于老师理解学生这一纯真的愿望，抓住这一“闪光点”。不论学生在什么情况下都动之以情、晓之以理，从不挖苦、讽刺、体罚学生，而是耐心地帮助学生认识错误、克服缺点，鼓励学生勇于战胜困难，激励学生努力进取。于老师并没有波澜壮阔的壮举，但就是这些近乎琐碎的平凡小事，却赢得了学生尊重和喜爱。
于老师最重要的教育智慧在于他能把课上得有意思。有意思，“轻松”来自哪里？轻松来自老师的举重若轻，于老师备课时，可能把课文钻得很深，想得很多，但到了课堂上，不会一股脑儿把备课所得“灌”给学生。于老师一定要研究学情，了解了学生的基础状况，深入浅出，举重若轻。于老师的课有意思还来自游戏，因为儿童的生活方式是游戏。所以，在于老师的课堂上，会时不时地与学生游戏一把，让学生积极参与其中，从中体会、感悟。于老师课堂轻松来自他的幽默，学生都喜欢幽默的老师，幽默的语言可以使知识变得浅显易懂，幽默的课堂使人精神轻松。
于老师语文教学可以概括为“五重”一一重情趣，重感悟，重积累，重迁移，重习惯，于老师的课有情有趣。在于老师的课堂上，学生没有紧张感，更没有恐惧感。学生在于老师的引领下，有滋有味地写字，有滋有味地朗读，有滋有味地表演，有滋有味地写作。于老师说，教学过程是师生双方的互动过程，情感因素在其中起着巨大的制约作用。于老师说不能干巴巴地教，不能冷冰冰地教。学生的情感世界空虚、精神家园荒芜，比知识贫乏更可十倍。
掩卷而思，为什么于老师会对语文教学能够如此高瞻远瞩？他既能跳出语文教学纵览全局，又能出神入化的融入其中，归根结底，我想还是缘于对语文教学的挚爱，对学生的挚爱，对教育事业的挚爱。由此我想，我们做老师的，只有像于永正老师那样成为学生喜欢的老师，至少要在学生的生命里留下什么，那就是留下语言，留下能力，留下情感，留下兴趣和习惯。
