因为这个舞蹈之前大家都演出过，所以有一定的基础，前前后后只进行了三次排练就OK了。
星期五下午三点之前，我们在父母的陪同下，陆陆续续来到了集合地，老师清点了人数后，大家和父母意义道别，就上了前往扬州的大巴车。三个多小时的车程中，大家劲头十足，有说有笑没有丝毫的.疲劳感。
第二天早上我们很早就起床了，因为今天要比赛了，需要充足的准备。我们化完妆，换好衣服，已经到了午饭时间了。我们就前往比赛的剧场。
到了剧场，哇，人山人海，许多参赛队伍都在练习，为最后的比赛做冲刺呢！老师告诉我们：“要有丰富的表情，夸张的动作，才是得高分的关键！”上了台，我们有点紧张，但一听到那熟悉的旋律，我们立刻松了一口气，顺利地把节目演完了，赢得了观众的热烈掌声。
演出完，大家虽然都很累，但还是要赶回苏州。上车后，没过一会儿大家都睡着了。大约在九点半时，我们回到了苏州，完美借宿了扬州之旅。

那天一大早，我跟妈妈来到了霍州影剧院，参加一场由霍州文化宫举办的舞蹈培训班的演出。其中我们班是第九个表演节目的，我们的曲目是《高山青 》那时我们穿着一袭漂亮的白裙，上面印有艳丽的花朵，白底绿花映衬的'非常美丽，头上也配有银白色的头饰，脸上化了妆。这身打扮别提有多美了。
时间在孩子们的盼望中过去了，终于轮到我们班表演了，我抬头一看，天啊，我傻了眼，台底下人山人海，这时的我紧张的不得了，虽然台底下的声音很大，但我仍然能听到自己的心怦怦直跳，腿紧张的发软，心想完了，这时我做了个深呼吸，放宽了自己的心情，感觉好了很多。音乐响起来了，伴随着一阵清脆悦耳的鸟鸣声，我们开始了表演，虽然我这样认真，但还是有些紧张，舞蹈进行到一半时，我差点把动作搞反了。
慢慢地，我融入到了美妙的音乐中去，变得不紧张了，我们的舞蹈在观众的掌声中结束了， 可我还沉浸在那优美的舞曲中，那时，我多想 再表演一次。我和同学们走下舞台，在座位上认认真真地看其他班的表演，不知不觉中，演出结束了。
妈妈领着我回家了，我依依不舍地离开了这里。在这次表演中，我不但勇敢地表现了自己，更重要的是增长了自己的胆量，这种感觉真让人兴奋。我暗暗想，只要以后有机会，我一定要放松心情，大胆地表现，一定不会再紧张了。

summer can be very hot in southern taiwan where the temperature usually goes up to 32"c or more. because of the heat it is a trying experience to go to school or do anything else in a place that is not air-conditioned. also because of this i stay at home most of the time during the summer vacation and only occasionally go to the beach to plunge myself into the cool water as a way to keep my body less sticky.
actually i like swimming and think nothing is more refreshing than a swim. in the summer vacation that has just ended i went swimming many times with my classmates and we all had a good time. this summer vacation, however, was not spent entirely in seeking fun. as a second-year senior student i had to prepare myself for the college entrance examinations that were only a year away. in other words, i must find time to study, too.
so i divided my time between work and play during the summer vacation and derived much benefit from this arrangement.

大红的幕布拉开了，舞台上，演员们整齐地排好队，音乐开始了。
我在这个大乐队中的最后一排，笔直地站着。我是一名小乐手，是校铜管乐队中的一员。这一天，是乐队在影剧院参加的第一次演出。以前总是在学校里练习，这次总要大显身手一番吧！
我还记得四年前，一次在家和妈妈看音乐会，听到洪亮的号声时，我就觉得一阵震动。那声音在我的心间回荡，久久不能平静。于是，我就问妈妈：“妈妈，以后我也要在那样的乐队里面吹吹号，让你看看，好不好﹖”妈妈笑着回答：“好哇！如果你有毅力学吹号，并去参加一次音乐会的话，我就会高兴得蹦起来。”我点了点头……
音乐响起，我赶紧回过神来吸足了气。
由于许多刺眼的灯光和不透气的`演出服，我的脸上逐渐跑出一滴滴汗珠。开始了，我高高举起金光闪闪的小号，按照平时的样子吹着。不知怎的，平时还不怎么重的小号，如今突然变得沉重起来。我明白，这里面包含着我从学吹号到现在的汗水和妈妈的期望，所以，现在关键时刻不能出差错。我鼓励着自己，突然又发现观众席中出现了一个熟悉的身影——妈妈来了！我可不能在妈妈面前丢人现眼呀！于是，小号声又更响了。
终于，观众席里传出一阵阵欢呼声与掌声，我也擦了擦头上豆大的汗珠。总算完成了妈妈的心愿和我的期盼，我心中充满了满足感和自豪感。
来到台下，妈妈一脸笑容地迎上来。“不错嘛！恭喜你演出成功！”
“怎样！我男子汉说话算数吧！我也在舞台上演出了！”妈妈高兴地点了点头。
那夜十分宁静，星空格外明亮。灯光下，我在日记本上写了一句话：今日，我如愿以偿，实现了四年前许下的心愿。我好开心呀﹗
