曾几何时，也问过自己这样的话：什么样的老师才算是个好老师呢?于是时光随着记忆回到过去。
第一次从学校里找到乐趣并且每天兴致勃勃地去上学的日子应该追溯到小学三年级。那时我们换了新班主任，是师范的新毕业生，最重要的是——性别，男。我能记起的关于他的一切是一种亲切。他是我的.班主任，也是我的教练。他足球踢得特棒，我也一样。我们曾在足球场上一起奔跑——他是我的教练。五年级的时候我的身体很弱，于是他把我“介绍”到了校体队。我当时练了一个现在看起来很牛气的项目，跨栏——他是我的教练。这一段记忆里塞满了一种感觉，那就是亲近。
小学时还有另一种记忆——平和。那感觉恬美、宁静，仿佛那段记忆永远都是夏天。那个夏天学校为毕业班换了一位和蔼可亲的老教师。她已不再年轻，没有青年人的朝气，但你却感受不到一丝衰萎。耳边总是萦绕着她用平和的语调给我们讲人生的真谛。不是呼喝，没有强加，反而透着一种不可抗拒的张力。几次从梦中醒来，都觉得她就在我的身边。
中学时对老师的第一印象就是——太有才了。我的班主任，数学老师。很多人评价他是茶壶煮饺子——有嘴道不出来。可中学三年他把时光都给我们，倾注不是一点一滴。现在回忆起来我好像还没找到过能把他难住的问题。我的语文老师是位诗人，只可惜我知道的时候他的诗集已经不在出版了。现在也觉得遗憾。我的英语老师不是科班出身，但是，乖乖，我们的班的英语成绩好得很。我还有英文名字呢!youcallmeharry.
我没上过高中，初中毕业就上进师范。师范的生活记忆犹新，那里的老师更特别。第一次见我的导员，她给我的印象用四个字就能概括——中年妇女。再平凡不过了，看不出什么特别。后来听说学生会主席和团委书记大多从她带的班里走出去的。现在看看，真是那么回事。后来我们赶上了抚顺师范建校以来最大的一件事，合校。于是我们夹着行囊，到了“革命根据地”抚顺师专。老师也换了，换了很多。有两位老师令我记忆深刻，要说一说。到师专的第一任导员……哦，对不起!她说过：你要是没在教学上搞出点什么名堂就别说是我的学生。所以我不能说她是谁。她教给了我们吃饭的本事：怎么备课，怎么上课，怎么评价学生，怎么批改作业，怎么处理和家长的关系……太多了。可那是我还是比较顽皮，只拿了老师简装本的秘籍来学，没学到学精装本。所以现在还搞不出什么名堂来。另一位我要说一说的老师是我的恩师。恩在何处，我说不清楚。他身体不好总是坐着给我们讲课;他的字美得让我望尘莫及，可每次课板书不过八个字;他说：来晚了就赶紧回座，别傻站在那儿让我问你原因，耽搁了大家的时间你陪得起吗?他说：唐诗里面最好的一首其实是初唐张若虚的《春江花月夜》，一个男人如果心里容不下这些景色，没有这样恢弘的气度，还叫什么男人;在我的同学录上恩师给我题了四个字——民胞物与。他说要是能做到这四个字那可真了不起!
原来人的一生有这样多的老师，我真是个幸福的人啊!曾经有这样多的人关注我，呵护我，指引我。
你要问我，我心中的好老师该是怎样的老师，我告诉你。他(她喜欢孩子，亲近孩子，是孩子们的伙伴、朋友;他(她像自己的祖母，和蔼却不失严厉;他(她有丰富的知识，占有他(她就等于占据了沙漠中的甘泉;他(她关注你的人生，教会你在社会中怎么生存，授人以渔;他(她是指引你精神的明灯，无论时景如何变迁都不失措、彷徨。
