(一财务会计与管理会计的区别
第一，工作目的不同。财务会计工作的目的主要在于从企业运行情况入手，遵循企业会计准则，精准核算企业中的各个事项，编制报表反映企业的财务状况，全面反映企业的经济情况;管理会计工作的目的是在已有的财务数据基础上进行监管，做出对资金使用有用的决策，进而提升企业的管理能力。
第二，工作主体不同。企业财务会计在工作中一般是以整个企业为主体的，管理会计则涉及较多的部门和流程，从班组到企业，都可以成为管理会计的.工作主体。
第三，计量单位不同。企业的财务会计不管是对企业经济情況的总结和核算，还是对外提供财务报表，都是以货币信息为计量单位的;而管理会计主要以变动成本法为依据，从企业的实际经营管理情况出发，准确、全面地预算、分析企业的财务信息。
第四，工作时间性不同。财务会计的工作多是记录企业日常的资金流动情况，主要体现过去的时间点;管理会计则是对企业目前所处环境及未来发展状况进行考虑。
(二财务会计与管理会计的联系
第一，同属于企业管理活动。企业会计存在的目的就是为企业管理服务。从本质来看，企业的会计活动实际上是一种管理活动，通过对企业内外部经济信息的收集、整理和加工，指导、组织和控制企业的经济活动。在企业的实际运行过程中，财务会计侧重于记录、总结实际运行状态财务数据，管理会计则利用经济数据通过运用不同方法协助管理者做出决策，进而实现企业的管理目标。虽然二者在工作方式上存在差别，但都同属于企业的管理活动，为企业的管理目标服务。
第二，基本信息来源相同。财务会计与管理会计的基本信息来源一致，都是来源于直接反映企业生产经营活动的原始资料。管理会计站在企业管理角度，能够为企业的管理者出谋划策，其重要原因就是其取得的相关资料主要还是来源于企业的会计核算资料，即财务会计通过固定的方法和程序记录的账簿和编制的报表。
第三，都具有控制与考核的职能。核算与监督是财务会计的基本职能，会计监督实质上就是对企业的实际经营活动进行成本考核，考核企业的经营状况与预定目标是否相符，若二者之间存在差异，则需要找出原因并采取有效措施解决问题;管理会计主要是实现对控制企业的经济活动预算，控制企业的成本，以及考核企业的人员情况。这样看来，不论是财务会计还是管理会计，其监督、考核的职能在本质上都是一致的。
