What can account for this undesirable situation? As a result, when faced with the problem of whether they are willing to have a sibling, their first response is to refuse it. For another reason, some couples are eager to have a second child as soon as possible, which makes them neglect to communicate with their only child to let them realize the advantage of having a sibling companion in their childhood.
From what has been discussed above, it's safe for me to conclude that it is urgent to take some immediate and effective measures. What I recommend is that parents should let child know the importance of sharing with others, which is beneficial for them in future life. In addition, it's better for parents to have more communication with their only child once they want to have a second child.

近段时间，有部分兄弟学校酝酿在下学期初实施文理分科，我校也有部分学生在观望学校的态度。学生文理分科问题历来是家长和学生关注的热点问题，因为它关系到学生未来的择业、就业。我校历来重视学生的文理分科问题，对于此次提前在高一实行文理分科的做法，我们请教了多方面的专家，经过充分的调研和论证，结合我们学校和学生的实际，最终决定：我校在下学期初暂不实行文理分科，仍然执行高二上学期初文理分科的办法。现将学校对此问题的想法与各位家长进行交流，希望得到您的支持。
一、从历史沿革来看，历次高*改革，无论是“3+2”，还是“3+文理综合”，我县教育史上没有出现过高一就文理分科的现象，一直实行的是高二上学期初文理分科。多年高考实践证明，高二上学期再文理分科是比较好的选择。
二、从教育环境来看，全省高中学校绝大部分实行的是高二上学期文理分科，尤其是像郑州外国语、郑州一中、省实验这样的名校无一例外都是高二上学期文理分科；只有个别地区的县高中有实行提前文理分科的现象，我们认为没有效仿的必要。
三、从教育趋势来看，根据教育部最新的高考招生制度改革实施办法，从2017年起高中招收的新生就不再文理分科。文理不分科是教育大势所趋，提前分文理科是违背教育规律的.逆历史潮流的行为。
四、从上级指导精神来看，无论是教育部的课程纲要，还是省教育厅的课程指导意见，均安排在高二上学期文理分科。根据教育部和省教育厅等教育主管部门要求，普通高中要依据课程标准开足开全所有课程，有条件的学校还要开设地方课程和校本课程。现在国家规定的必修课程授课还不到一半，就要提前分文理科，人为剥夺学生全面受教育的权利，这是违背国家教育方针的。
五、从学生的终身发展来看，作为教育者，我们的首要任务是塑造人——塑造对社会有用、受社会尊重、自我幸福感强的人。过早文理分科使理科生不去学习历史、地理、政治，知识面狭窄，人文精神薄弱；文科生则远离物理、化学、生物，对于最基本的自然科学知识一知半解，科学思维和科学精神大大欠缺。文理过早分科限制了一个人的全面发展，对培养学生创新思维，综合素质都极为不利。我们认为，好的人才应该是既要懂理，也要懂文；既要高智商，也要高情商；既要有研究能力，也要有管理和领导才能。这种通过文理分科来降低管理难度，片面提高升学率的做法，对学生的长远发展和终身幸福而言无疑是一种损害。
六、从班级稳定来看，高一下学期文理分科就意味着要将所有班级、所有教师全部打乱，重新分配，一个学期以来师生间刚刚建立起来的默契就会打破，教师要重新熟悉学生，学生也要再次适应新教师，刚刚形成的良好班风也将因班级重组而从零开始。而下学期除去节假日星期天放假，有效教学时间仅有3个月，这样折腾，势必影响学生的正常学习和教师的正常教学。
七、从利益权衡来看，提前分文理科看似可以减轻学生负担，让学生更早地投入高考复习，从而提高高考升学率；但学生过早文理课导致的知识欠缺和人格缺陷将影响学生的一生幸福。而不提前分科，却可以增加学生的知识总量，优化学生的知识结构，塑造学生的完善人格。升学率与学生的终身幸福二者相权衡，我们认为还是后者更为重要。况且提高升学率的办法有很多种，高中的知识总量是一定的，过早结束课程无非是加大练习量，但我们坚信通过提高课堂效率、优化教学内容、细化教学管理等手段一样可以解决这个问题。
八、针对此问题，我们还专门请教了省市教研室的有关教育专家，他们均认为高一提前文理分科的行为是不可取的。
