最后战争结束了，走兽和鸟类言归和好，双方都知道了蝙蝠的行为。当蝙蝠再度出现在鸟类的世界时，鸟类很不客气的对他说：“你不是鸟类!”
被鸟类赶出来的蝙蝠只好来到走兽的世界，走兽们则说：“你不是走兽!”并赶走了蝙蝠。
最后，蝙蝠只能在黑夜，偷偷的飞着。

清早，它们没等妈妈叫就起来了。一路上它们很安静，到了海边认真地和爸爸学起了捕鱼，爸爸叫它们先练着，它要飞到高处看看海水里那里有鱼群。一看见爸爸走了，聪聪赶紧落到了沙滩上，它想这样捕鱼太累了，而且还捕不到。要想个好点子，既不累又能吃到新鲜的鱼才好。
它眼珠子滴溜溜的一转，突然看就岸边有一个渔夫正在用网捕鱼，“哈……有了。”聪聪想到的好办法，就是悄悄的跟着渔夫后面，等渔夫用渔网捕到鱼时。它就去偷渔夫捕捉上来的鱼，回去谎称是自己捕到的鱼。傻笨笨没那么多心眼，它一门心思地学着捕鱼，可是它太笨了捕了半天连一只虾米也没有捞到，它看见哥哥拿着鱼兴高采烈得到了爸爸妈妈的夸奖了。它只能灰溜溜站到了一边，心想“明天我早点起来去海边学习捕鱼，我就不信还能一辈子抓不到鱼?”它心里暗暗地下着决心。
从哪天开始，笨笨每天早上很早就起来去练习捕鱼，笨笨按照爸爸教它的方法，反复练习在海水里捞呀捞，终于它抓到了一条小鱼。可把笨笨乐坏了，它欣喜若狂，连忙把鱼拿回了家里。
而聪聪每天要睡到日晒三竿才起来。聪聪慢悠悠地来到海边，它看见笨笨在大海里累的满头大汗地在捕鱼，嘲笑的想：“真是一只笨蛋。看我轻轻松松的就偷到渔夫捕的鱼，多轻松。”
笨笨回到家，看见哥哥正递给妈妈一条好大的鱼。笨笨红着脸不好意思的把手背在身后，妈妈见了忙问它手里拿着什么，他才扭扭捏捏地把那条小鱼拿了出来。聪聪看见笨笨才捕到这么小的一条鱼，它哈哈大笑的说：“你可真是个笨笨。”妈妈看见笨笨手里的鱼没有笑它。反而夸它说，只要是靠自己的.劳动得到的成果，不管大小都应该值得高兴。
笨笨得到了妈妈的夸奖没有骄傲，依旧每天早早起来坚持练习捕鱼，慢慢的它掌握了很多捕鱼的技巧，凭自己的劳动，每一次都能成功的捕到很多的鱼。
而聪聪因为贪睡，它的体型变的越来越胖，它还是每天去偷渔夫的鱼。这一天聪聪偷鱼的时不小心被渔夫抓住了，它害怕的“呱!呱!呱!”叫着求救。正在不远处捕鱼的笨笨听见了，急忙冲过去，渔夫看着一只好大鱼鹰直直的向他冲了过来，吓的急忙放开了聪聪，聪聪得救了。
鱼鹰夫妇知道了聪聪的偷鱼的事很严厉的批评了它，聪聪羞愧地底下了头。
从此以后聪聪再也不敢去偷鱼了，每天和笨笨去海上学习捕鱼。
后来聪聪明白一个道理，只有靠自己的努力才是真正的收获。
