You can imagine that man and his whole night of scare. Every moment there was death, his hands were becoming cold, he was losing his gripand as the sun came out he looked down and he laughed. There was no abyss. Just six inches down there was a rock. He could have rested the whole night, slept well---the rock was big enough---but the whole night was a nightmare.
Fear is only six inches deep. Now it is up to you whether you want to go on cling to the branch and turn your life into a nightmare, or whether you would love to leave the branch and stand on your feet.
There is nothing to fear.

更让我敬佩的，是他对生活乐观的态度和健康的心态。他的言语总是那样的亲切。他工作努力，与同事朋友的关系融洽，与客户的交流愉悦。常常得到老总的嘉奖……见过许多因为身体残疾心理也一同“残疾”的人，所以一直不理解他的“健康”。直到有一天，见到了他的家人，我才醒悟。
那天，我和一个朋友去他家看他，他的父母非常热情，请我们留下吃饭。
他们一家人都很热情，谈起他的时候，言语之中总透露着无尽的温情爱意与骄傲、自豪。
聊了半个钟头之后，晚餐准备好了，大家就围坐在桌前，品尝起他母亲做的美味佳肴，我也成了左撇子……
那一刻，感动如潮水般涌上心头，我从来都没有想象过，这个世界原来还有这样真挚而细致的爱。一家人为了给自己残疾的只有一只左手的亲人一个平和而正常的环境，一齐改掉自己坚持了几十年的使用右手的生活习惯。
成长可以想象，在他年幼时用左手第一次笨拙地拿起筷子，夹起一片菜叶时，他的家人也正同样笨拙地、用左手反复练习那个动作，直至成为习惯。而这样的习惯与爱伴随着他，与他一起成长。为了让他健康乐观地生活，他们把所有的爱，全部写在了左手上。

星期六早上，我去公园里玩，看见一大群人都围着什么东西，我很好奇，于是我也走过去看了看。
我挤了上去，旁边的人说：“唉，你这个小孩，挤什么挤?”我不管他们在说些什么，只想着为什么这么引人注意。当我挤到前面一看，原来是一个老人在地上写字。他的两只手都断了，两只脚正在比划什么。我仔细地观察，才发现老人赤着脚，用右脚的两个脚趾夹着一支毛笔，左脚扶着纸，正写着一个个端正的毛笔字。我心想：这样写字一定练了很久，可见他是多么热爱书法啊!
这时，旁边的人都掏出钱来，买老人用脚写的毛笔字。老人连连说：“谢谢!谢谢!”有些人向老人提问，说：“请问您是怎么练成用脚写字的呢?”老人并不回答他们的问题，却一直专心致志地练着毛笔字。虽然老人不回答他们的问题，但是却很热心地和身边的人“握脚”……眼前的这一幕，我深深地震撼了我的心，我不假思索的掏出妈妈给我买早饭的钱给了老人，顺便和老人握了一次“脚”然后拿了一张老人写的毛笔字回家。回家后，我把老人写的毛笔字给妈妈看。妈妈不禁感叹：“真厉害!居然可以用脚写出这样漂亮的\'毛笔字。”
其实，残疾人在我们身边并不少见。据统计，全国各类残疾人总数是8296万人，残疾人占全国总人口的比例为6.34%。让我们一起关心帮助爱护身边的这个特殊群体吧!
