他有二十二年的飞行生涯，而命运却只给了他十六秒的抉择。他，一个令中国人民感动的勇士。李剑英是河南郑州人，他是一名飞行员，有一次在执行完飞行任务返回时，遇到鸽群撞击，飞机出现故障，这时飞机距地面有一百九十六米，只要跳降落伞他便能活下来，但在飞机坠落的范围内有七个村庄，两千三百多条人命。如果他跳离飞机，那么飞机坠落的后果将不堪设想。然而就在这短暂的十六秒内，他居住在自己的内心。在抉择跳还是不跳，最终，他还是选择迫降，由于迫降时遇到高出地面的阻碍，机体爆炸解体，李剑英这位英雄永远地离开了我们，壮烈牺牲。在当时的那种生抉择中，他不顾自己的生命，仍旧坚定地作出选择，居住在自己的内心，展现了为人的价值与光辉，坚定地向着亡的绝路前进，这种勇气与奉献是何等的不易？飞机不能改变航向，可是他却让自己的内心改变了方向，一个平凡的生命做出不平凡的举动。
“残疾不是苦难，愈残疾，愈要美丽，残疾不是不幸，而是不便。”这是《千手观音》主演邰丽华的坚强话语。由于小时候的疾病，使她变成了聋哑人，但在进入聋哑学校后，一堂“律动课”让她爱上了舞蹈。于是她冲破困难，克服残疾的困扰，居住在自己的'内心，勤奋地实现自己的梦想，每天除了吃饭与睡觉，她都练习舞蹈。跌倒、爬起、爬起、跌倒……终于她成功了，她主演的《千手观音》震撼了全中国，感动了所有中国人。台上一分钟，台下十年功，这该是怎样的艰辛与执著？邰丽华被人称为“观音姐姐”，我认为她的美不是外表，而是内心，在遭遇命运对她的打击后，她却不失望，不气馁，不消沉，居住在自己的内心，苦苦追寻自己所一直向往的天空，不怕困难，坚定地向着目标向着未明的事物出发，她的这种执著与信念，深深地唤起了我们对自身所处境遇的思考。
