The letter gives you a macro-view of your initial vision and lets you recognize how your current vision differs from the past.

最近读了《有思路就有出路》一书，读完之后，感触很多，收获颇丰。这是一本引导我们为人、工作、处世的书，它告诉我们任何一件成功的事情背后都有一个正确的过程和方法，更有一个正确的思路。本书给出了很多成功做事的正确思路，也讲了很多哲理故事，提供了很多解决实际问题的正确方法，是一本值得每个人细读的书。
本书告诉我们“每个人都渴望成功，每个人都希望过上更舒适、更富有的生活，但并非每个人都能如愿。能够实现愿望的人，不一定比你付出更多的汗水，但一定比你付出了更多的思考”。“成功人士与普通人最大的区别在于：思考模式的不同。”
从书的理念中，我还理解到，大凡能做大事的人，都能把小事做细，做好。任何一件小事你把它做规范了，做到位了，做透了，你就会从中发现机会，找到规律，从而成就大事。也就是说，一件事情我会做了，但做好了吗，做精了吗？一个人无论从事何种职业，都应该尽心尽责，尽自己最大的努力，求得不断的进步，这不仅是工作的原则也是人生的原则。就像书中说的：“没有不好的孩子，只有不好的教育”。例如，在教学中，有的孩子没有如我们所预想的那样按时完成家庭作业，课上没有专心听讲，楼道内仍有跑跳喧哗……总之，不能达到我们所要求的目标时，与其对孩子发脾气，不如改变自己的教育方法，反思自己为什么，不能因为懒于改变自己的思路，就要求别人去适应自己的思路，如果我们反思自己，从另一个角度开始着手，可能会有意外收获。我们都是平凡人，只要我们抱着一颗平常心，踏踏实实地做好每一件事情，不把工作当成负担，而是当成一种娱乐去享受，畅想一下还有哪种职业能够天天看见孩子那天真又可爱的笑脸呢，俗话说“一份耕耘，一份收获”，付出多少，收获多少，甚至更多。
成功总有方法，想成功就要找方法。而思考是一切正确策略与方法的起源。不要把希望寄托在父母身上，也不要把希望寄托在子女身上。把希望寄托在你自己身上，就寄托在现在。靠自己，靠自己的思考和改变，走出一条属于自己的路，并且越走越远！
一个好的思路在企业管理中是一份无穷的财富，一个好的思路在教育教学管理中更是一份走向成功的秘籍。
