最近我读了《传承中华文化，共筑精神家园》这一本书，受益匪浅。书中“颜回煮饭敬师”的故事给我很大的教育。

故事的大概内容是这样的：孔子带领着他的学生周游列国，在去陈国和蔡国的路上被困，一连好几天没吃上一顿饭。他实在受不住了，只好大白天躺下睡大觉，想以此来忘却饥饿。孔子的大弟子颜回见老师饿得很，心中十分忧伤，就想办法乞讨来一些白米给老师做饭。饭做熟了，孔子刚好醒来，见颜回正从锅里抓了一把米饭往嘴里送，他很生气。后来知道颜回是把掉了炭灰的米饭吃掉了，把干净的米饭送给了自己，他深深感叹颜回是一个贤德的人。

读了这个故事，我明白了：尊师爱亲是一种高尚的品德。我们中华民族自古就有这样的传统美德。就是这样的传统美德，使得我们的国家成为有名的礼仪之邦。“尊师爱亲”是我们应该继承和发扬的传统美德。

我是一名小学四年级的学生，过去我在“尊师爱亲”这方面做得不够好，见了老师不能主动问好，老师留的作业多了还要满腹牢。在家里，妈妈做的饭菜稍微有一点不和自己的口味，就又摔又打，很少主动替爸爸妈妈做些事。现在我深刻意识到了自己的不足。

“尊师爱亲”深深地印在了我的心灵深处。今后，不仅我自己要做好，还要用我的实际行动去影响更多的人。让“尊师爱亲”的传统美德在我们小学生中生根、发芽、开花、结果。

昨天上午，看到了慧心如兰在班级论坛里发的帖子——说下午要举行名为“红色七月，红色记忆“的追忆红色革命历史的暑假实践的活动，可以讲述一些生活中的所见所闻，包括游览过的革命名胜古迹、阅读过的革命故事、英雄故事等，并说出自己的感想。

因为老妈和老师说过，什么活动都要踊跃参加，所以中午，我赶紧上网查查那些英雄的资料，下午好发言。一眨眼的功夫，已经三点半了，我赶紧收拾好东西，和程世龙两人奔赴学校对面的小广场。

简短解说，活动开始!只见慧心如兰和郭紫怡两个主持人，拿着两页“厚厚”的主持稿大声宣布第一项，追忆红色历史或故事的环节开始。可是，也许是同学们有些害羞或者是没准备好。过了好长时间，也没一个人主动发言。本来我想把自己的故事留到最后，来个压轴作用。突然，慧心如兰对我说：“吴泳翔，你不是有稿子么?上去念念呗。”什么!她怎么知道我有稿子的?没办法我只好提前登台了。

在念我的故事之前，我给大家留了个简单小问题——这个故事的主人公是谁。演讲开始!因为我很佩服这位英雄，所以我用了我平生最动情的声音开始念到：“1952年10月，为了打击盘踞在上甘岭的美国和韩国军队，中国人民志愿军第十五军九连的一名战士参加潜伏部队……刚说到这里，就只听台下“观众”异口同声的大声说道“是邱少云!”诶呀我的神呀!看来同学们都对这些英雄人物很熟悉啊!

当我又开始读到“邱少云像千斤巨石一般，咬紧牙关，愣是没发出一点响动，直到光荣牺牲……”时，我的眼睛有些模糊了。当我无意中抬头一看，发现同学们表情也十分严肃，似乎在为英雄的牺牲而悲痛。

接下来，程世龙为我们大家带来了《黄继光堵抢眼》的感人故事。不过前面程世龙读的非常的毅然“黄继光为了是这场战斗胜利，把胸口堵在了敌人的枪口上，光荣牺牲……”

最后，最热闹的抢答问题时间到了，我们大家发挥出自己的革命历史最大才能，把那些问题回答的一干二净。

通过这次活动，我们在一起又重新缅怀了那些为新中国成立而视如归，抛头颅洒热的英雄们。为了完成他们的未完成的心愿——让我们伟大的祖国更加繁荣富强，我们从现在开始就该珍惜现在的幸福生活。努力学习本事，将来报效祖国。

1。头绪分明，脉络清楚

写好记叙文，首先要头绪分明，脉络清楚，明确文章要求写什么。要对所写的事件或人物进行分析，弄清事件发生、发展一直到结束的整个过程，然后再收集选取素材。这些素材都应该跟上述五个“ W ”和一个“ H ”有关。尽管不是每篇记叙文里都必须包括这些“ W ”和“ H ”，但动笔之前，围绕五个“ W ”和“ H ”进行构思是必不可少的。

2。突出中心，详略得当

在文章的框架确定后，对支持故事的素材的选取是很关键的。选材要注意取舍，应该从表现文章主题的需要出发，分清主次，定好详略。要突出重点，详写细述那些能表现文章主题的重要情节，略写粗述那么非关键的次要情节。面面俱到反而使情节罗列化，使人不得要领。这一点是写好记叙文要解决的一个基本问题，也需要一定的技巧。如：

One night a man came to our house and told me， "There is a family with eight children。 They have not eaten for days。" I took some food with me and went。

When I finally came to that family， I saw the faces of those little children disfigured （破坏外貌） by hunger。 There was no sorrow or sadness in their faces， just the deep pain of hunger。

I gave the rice to the mother。 She divided the rice in two， and went out， carrying half the rice。 When she came back， I asked her， "Where did you go?" she gave me this simple answer， "To my neighbors — they are hungry also!"

3。用活语言，准确生动

记叙文要用具体的事件和生动的语言对人、事、物加以叙述。一篇好的记叙文的语言既要准确、生动，又要表现力强，这样才能把人、事描写得具体生动，其可读性才强。试比较下面一篇例文修改的前后效果。

原文：

One day Xiaoqiang was wandering away。 He was soon lost among people and traffic。 He could not find the way back home and started crying。 Just then， two young students who were passing by found him standing alone in front of a shop and crying。 They went up to Xiaoqiang and asked him what had happened。 Xiaoqiang told them how he got lost and where he lived。 The two students decided to take him home。 Mother was pleased to see Xiaoqiang come back safe and sound。 She invited the two students into the house and gave them some money， but they didn＇t take it。 She served them with tea but they left。

修改后：

The other day， five-year-old Xiaoqiang left home alone and wandered happily in the street。 After some time， he felt hungry so he wanted to go back home。 But he found he was lost among the crowded people and heavy traffic。 When he could not find the way home， he started and crying。 Just then， two young students who were passing by from school found him sanding crying in front of a shop。 They immediately went up to him。

"Little boy， why are you standing here crying?" they asked。

"I want Mom， I go home。" said the boy， still crying。

"Don＇t worry， we＇ll send you home。"

And they spent the next two hours looking for the boy＇s house。 With the help of a policeman， they finally found it。

When the worried mother saw her son come back safe and sound， she was so thankful and she invited the students into her house。 Gratefully， she offered them some money， saying it was a way to express her thanks， but the young students firmly refused it and left without even a cup of tea。
