(1出示挂图或电脑课件展示人体液的构造,介绍红细胞,白细胞的作用。如图：
说明在一滴液中含有多大数目的红细胞和白细胞,教师出示板书。

(2让学生读一读这两个数。再看看这两个数有什么特点。
学生交流后,教师说明:这两个数都是整万的数。什么是整万的数呢?
像20000 350000 1000000 1020000……都是整万的数。
像20035 356000 1000005 1025600……都是非整万的数。
(学生明确了整万数与非整万数后,不仅对改写以“万”坐单位的数有帮助而且对将非整万数“四舍五入”到以“万”作单位的近似数做了铺垫。
(3明确告诉学生:在生产,生活中人们为了方便读写,常常将万位后面的4个0省略掉,换成一个“万”字来代替数末尾的4个0,这样就把整万的数改写成了以“万”作单位的数。

强调:把个级的4个0省略掉,在500后面写上个“万”字。这样照样读作:五百万个。

②看万位右边第一位上的数,是2
③说明:根据“四舍五入”法规定,像这样小于5,把它和右边的数全舍去,改写成0。板书:12756≈10000。
说明:因为得出的是近似数,所以必须用“≈”,不能用“=”。
④再把10000改写成用“万”作单位的数。
板书10000=1万(说明:这里两数是相等的,只能用“=”
(6想一想:怎么将1389000用“四舍五入”法该写成以“万”作单位的近似数。
先让学生尝试联系,然后教师在逐步引导。
①找准万位上的数:1389000
②看万位右边第1位上的数。大雨5向前一位进1,再把它和右面的数全舍去,改写成0。

数学知识于生活。亿以内数的改写和省略的知识在生活中的'运用非常多。在复习铺垫时，由于学生已经学过亿以内数的读法和写法，我出示了一些整万数和一些非整万数，让学生先通过读数和写数发现整万数和非整万数的特点引出本节课的课题，效果很好。生活中处处有数学，激发了学生的学习兴趣。
我认为课前预习是非常好的一种学习方法，通过预习可以使好学生在学习时更有自信，不好的学生先预习如果不懂经过第二天老师的点拨会豁然开朗。所以本节课我让学生在课前自己预习了本节课的内容。在教学改写成用万作单位的时候教学效果非常好。我以身体里流淌着很多液，在液里有很多的白细胞和红细胞，你知道白细胞和红细胞的作用吗？学生由于课前已经预习所以说的非常好。然后我又问你知道一小滴液里含有多少红细胞和白细胞吗？学生马上就说出了红细胞和白细胞的个数，我自然而然引出万以内数的改写。学生很快得出了把末尾的四个零去掉，在加上一个万字就可以了。这个环节完成的比较顺利，也体现了学生是学习的主人，教师是合作者，引导者这一理念。
本节课的不足之处是例6教学没有体现学生的主体地位。亿以内数的省略是本节课教学的难点，为了突破难点，在这个环节我先出示了课本上的例6，地球的直径大约是多少万千米？太阳的呢？出示地球和太阳的图片让学生观察，我怕学生不会就一步一步的引导，问题是地球的直径是多少万千米就是让省略万位后面的尾数求近似数，省略万位后面的尾数要看哪一位上的数？在我的引导下学生虽然程度好的同学掌握了方法，但是在学习程度不太好的同学却似懂非懂。反思这个环节的教学，我觉得主要是没有发挥学生的主体作用，应让学生先尝试完成，在集流订正，这样教师在巡视时可以把错的和正确的都板书在黑板上让学生去判断讲解，虽然有点浪费时间，但是效果会好些。
作为年轻教师，在今后的教学中要多研读教材，多请教组内其他教师，这样才能更好地把握好课堂教学！
