山西还有很多有名的特产，有麻花、馒头，肉加馍，饼子都特别好吃，到哪都很受欢迎，山西还有一道有名的地道菜，就是凉皮，在山西，凉皮是最普通，也是最好吃的东西，只要饿了，随时都能吃到。
我每年春节才能回一次山西，每年山西都有很大的`变化，回去的时候我总是依依不舍。
