师生和我的关系作文英文【一】
我们班的董董是个即聪明又调皮的孩子。爸爸由于公司业务需要被派出国，妈妈打算到丽水老家找份工作，只留下董董和奶奶在家。董董很懂事虽然只和奶奶在家，可是他很听奶奶、老师的话。可就在前不久，我们发现董董一下子好象变了，变的不讲道理，上课时故意捣乱，还故意不肯排队，我们就时不时的批评、指正他，但是却没有多大的效果。为什么会没有多大效果呢?似乎我们教育他的出发点是爱他，希望他通过老师的批评、指正，了解这样的做法是不对的，要表现的好些。可是孩子真的理解吗?我们的这种爱他能接受吗?
后来在和他妈妈的通话中我了解到，妈妈已经在丽水找到了工作，打算把他下学期接过去，而且早把这个消息告诉了董董。这是不是董董最近有些反常的原因呢?我试着找他进行谈话。星期三我带早班，这天他也来的很早，我便走到他身边问：“董董，爸爸到国外去有没有打电话给你?”“有的，但是要隔一段时间才给我打。”可能是最近老受到我们的批评，他有些拘谨。我又接着问他：“那你想他吗”“想的`，我有时还梦见他呢!”。
这时他好象适应过来了。“沈老师，我长大了也要到外国去。”“哦!是吗?”我微笑着看着他。“沈老师，我告诉你呀!我马上要到丽水去上幼儿园了。”我故意装作不知道，惊讶的说：“真的吗?”他神气的说：“是的!妈妈现在正在给我找幼儿园，下学期我就要去了。”我笑咪咪的说：“哇!那你就可以和妈妈在一起了，真开心，来我们拥抱一下。”我抱着他，他笑了，而且笑的很开心!这时，我想机会来了。我问他：“董董，如果你走了，那老师和小朋友会想你的!”他若有所思的跷蹊小嘴对我说：“我也会想你们的，不过我还要回来的!”我摸着他的头说：“你看，学期马上就要结束了，下学期你又要到丽水去上幼儿园了，我们大家在一起的时间已经不长了。我们是不是应该更加珍惜这段时间呢?”他若有所思的低下了头。在接下来的两个活动中，我发现他有了明显的进步，能积极的举手发言了，得到了我们大家的表扬。他开心的笑了。
毕竟是孩子，对他们我们应多一点微笑、多一点赞赏、多一点宽容。每个孩子都是有着独特个性的人，但不同的孩子对爱的需求却不尽相同，我们老师应该通过自己的观察、研究、学习、探索，找到更为合适他的方法。我们相信：没有最好的爱，只有最合适的爱。

My room is small, but comfortable and clean.
Take the door, on the left is a bookcase. The above is my dad's book, and below is my "private property" in bookcase pretend I most like to watch book at ordinary times. The right of the bookcase is a small bed. Every night, I lay there to sleep, do a dream.

The sun shine into my room through the window, make the room warm and bright.
