王方芳老师是在我升入三年级时开始担任我的班主任的，她的性格有点慢——和我原来的王雪老师相比，刚开始，我很不喜欢王方芳老师，还在同学们面前说：我就是喜欢原来的王老师，不喜欢现在的王老师。态度很明确，说的`话也很伤人。王方芳老师后来听说了，她当时很生气，把我叫到了她的办公室，把我说了一通，我哭了，从此再也没有心思学习语文了，我的语文成绩像坐滑梯一样往下滑。王老师也找我的妈妈谈了我的问题，我妈妈竟然很直接的说：孩子不喜欢你，那你自己应该想办法让她喜欢啊，你是老师，心理学比我当家长的懂得多，你会有办法让孩子喜欢你的。妈妈和王老师谈了很久很久，王老师竟然为训我的事向我妈妈道歉。我妈妈告诉我：王老师很好，你会喜欢她的，她敢于向家长承认错误，这是一般老师所不能及的，她对她的学生是负责的，尽职的，从现在开始你要仔细的观察你现在的班主任，你会发现她有很多的优点。
我听了妈妈的话，开始观察我的新班主任，并且开始强迫自己认真听课。我发现：她对每一个学生都很用心，也很有耐心，不但要传授我们知识，还要及时的给我们批改作业，还要时刻注意我们的思想变化，随时要给我们做好思想工作，因为我们毕竟还是小孩子，在学校遗嘱就是五天，家长不在我们这些小麻烦的身边，所以什么事情都要老师来管，特别是班主任和副班主任老师，她们不只是我们的老师，还是我们的家长。老师为了让我的思想没有负担，经常和我谈心，尽量的发现我的优点，哪怕在我的身上有那么一点点进步，她都会对我表扬，鼓励我，我渐渐的对她有了好感。她每天中午都要给我们班级成绩较差的学生补习功课，有的学生不但不知道感激老师，还给老师耍脾气，使小性子，她都想尽一切办法去开导他们。我的阅读理解能力比较差，妈妈给我买了两本课外阅读书，老师把书里适合我看的文章给我标了出来，我知道这都是老师牺牲了自己的休息时间给我做的，我每周抽出一两个午休时间在老师办公室做阅读，老师再给我批改，我知道她很辛苦，也对我们很用心。一个学期过去了，我开始喜欢我的新班主任——王方芳老师了，我也开始慢慢的喜欢上语文课了，妈妈告诉我：喜欢是最好的老师，喜欢老师是学好这个老师所教科目的关键，你的语文成绩会提高的。
老师对我的爱心和耐心，对我的谆谆教导，使我重新对学习产生了兴趣。谢谢您王方芳老师，我曾经伤害了你的心，可你却对我更加的关心，妈妈说：其实你完全可以对我不理不睬的。你的师德太高尚了，我从内心深处敬佩您——敬佩您的耐心，您的爱心，您的宽容的心，您的师德更令我敬佩！
爷爷是个老中医，已经退休了，可他手脚闲不住，好干他的老本行——采药。不管是刮风还是下雨，还是烈日当头，他老人家每天总是要上山采一趟药。回到家后，他有是切药、晒药、研药的忙个不停。爷爷在院子四周载满了各种各样的药草，有鸡冠花，有铁篙青，还有许多我叫不出名的草药。家里药柜的抽屉里装满了各种药丸，爷爷为采回这些药，吃了不少苦头。
