只听蔬菜红萝卜说：“我含有维生素B、B12等，还含有胡萝卜素，可是小朋友就是不喜欢我，真认我伤心。”
鸡蛋说：“虽然我营养很好，但小朋友不喜欢，虽然我可以加工成一些食品，但营养会在加工时流失呀！”
牛奶也说：“我的命运和你们差不多，纯牛奶又香又有营养，但小朋友更喜欢加工过的酸奶，舒化奶，于是有许多工厂不出品纯牛奶了，要知道那些乳化剂、胶原蛋白对人体也有害呀！”
鱼肉开心地说：“我营养价值高，脂肪低，对人们的健康很有帮助，大家都喜欢我！”我想，我爱吃鱼肉不假。
零食说：“别吹牛了，他们更喜欢我！”零食一脸得意的表情。
“还好意思说，你的成分对人们身体都有害！”土豆打断了零食的话。
“事实胜于雄辩！”零食还是得意“大家最喜欢我，而不喜欢你。”
这时我走出来了，一气之下，把零食扬了，让妈妈晚上把蔬菜都请出来了。
