有道是：民以食为天，我们中国有着悠久的美食文化传统，素有“美食大国”之称。仅菜肴就有宁波菜、川菜、粤菜、本帮菜等几十种菜系，点心类就更别提了，全国每个地方都有着自己的特色点心。星期天，我们一家三口来到了城隍庙，参加了第二届全国传统美食文化节，在那里我们亲身感受到了美食文化带来的无穷魅力。
在城隍庙的中心广场，人群川流不息，人们脸带笑容地品尝着各地的小吃。来自全国各地的特色小吃琳琅满目，有沿街叫卖的“糖粥”、“豆腐花”，有香味扑鼻的羊肉串，有朱家角特色棕子……我看着看着，口水都要掉下来了。
一阵风儿吹过，远远的，一股臭豆腐的味道扑鼻而来，顺着长长的排队人群望去，原来是鲁迅笔下曾描写过的绍兴油炸臭豆腐小吃。自然我也加入了排队人群之中，每当看到人们品尝着金黄色的油炸臭豆腐时，我顿时感到肚子也在咕噜噜地叫着。好不容易到我了，只见金黄色的热油在锅里跳跃着，一会儿，白色的臭豆腐身上穿上了金黄色的外衣，美丽极了。当营业员把一碗热气腾腾的油炸臭豆腐放在我面前时，一股香味扑鼻而来，我吃了一口臭豆腐，感觉脆脆的，滑滑的，嫩嫩的，香气、热气随着风儿冒了出来，白皙皙的豆腐露了出来，我还蘸了一点辣酱，鲜鲜的，简直是绝配，怪不得人们到了绍兴，都愿意去尝尝这价廉物美的油炸臭豆腐，果然名不虚传，真是味道好极了！
