大概是上个月以前，我和妈妈去郊游，在返家的途中，我的自行车轮台爆炸了，以前这种情况都是由爸爸来处理的，可正巧爸爸出差了，于是把车送到修理店的任务就落到了我的头上。
我拿了几元钱，就推着车子到了我们院子附近的一家修理店，我看见一个五十岁左右的大伯正在修自行车，他的身旁还放着好几辆自行车。我问：“大伯，我的自行车爆胎了，能帮我补一下吗?”大伯头也不抬说：“放一边吧，半小时后来取。”可我还是不放心：大伯这么大年纪了，会不会忘掉我的`车呢?于是我便在旁边担心地等着。大伯见我还没走，抬头看了我一眼，似乎看穿了我的心思，便放下了手里的活儿，修起了我的车子。
我借他干活的机会，看了看这个不起眼的大伯，他平凡的外表中，最引人注目的还是他那张布满皱纹的脸和那双生了许多老茧的手，记录着他经历的风霜艰辛。
在等待拿车的过程中，我忽然想起我连价钱都没问，他会不会向我多要钱呢?当我想的时候，轮胎补好了，大伯说：“补好了，一块五毛钱。”
付完钱后，我骑上去试了试，感觉好极了。看来，大伯并不是我想的那种人，大伯对我这么真诚，而我却怀疑他，一股愧疚之情从我心中涌起。
大伯，一名平凡的修理工，一个平凡的不能再平凡的人，可他却用行动向我证明：人最好的品质是真诚。让我们都以真诚待人吧!
