说到羽毛球，爸爸对它再熟悉不过了。他是一个业余羽毛球运动员，却有一群专业打羽毛球的`队友。一周他有四个晚上是在羽毛球馆度过的，即便他的工作再忙，也要去打球。用他的话说：“工作越是忙，压力越是大，打打球，可以让全身放松，让大脑清醒。”所以不管是严寒还是酷暑，不管刮风还是下雨，他都坚持打球。
记得有一次周末，他下午约了队友兴致勃勃地去了羽毛球馆，平静的球场，顿时热闹起来。“噼啪噼啪”的拍球声响了一整个下午，汗水湿透了他背上的衣服。回家后，我直呼他：“臭爸爸！”爸爸却笑着说：“出了一身的汗，整个人真是爽透了！”
对于游泳，爸爸起先总是直摇头，爸爸说，看到水就让人害怕。可是今年的暑假，四十岁的老爸下定决定学游泳。于是他请了教练，不停地练习，终于把游泳学会了。现在看着爸爸在游泳池里游过来，游过去，真是“池水清清任鱼跃”呀！
最近，爱运动的爸爸又喜欢上了驴游——爬山。拾级而上，拾阶而下的爬山对他没有一点点的吸引力，山上本没有路，和一群驴友走着走着走出一条路来，才给他带来欣喜。这些日子，他还爬了一次“老虎窝”，据说其山路崎岖险峻，高低起伏，时不时还有河流贯穿，巨石拦路，在我眼里是强驴之旅了。爸爸也是爬得气喘吁吁才登上山顶，这是不入虎穴焉得虎子吗？
爱运动的爸爸在我眼中是个顶天立地的男子汉。阳光积极，做事坚持不懈，困难在他的眼前总会被他一一瓦解。我想大声说：“我老爸真棒！”
