每当在考试的前夕，我总会因为紧张而睡不着，翻来覆去，“扑通扑通”的心跳声，像棒子一样，准确无误地敲击着我的心脏。
尽管我很紧张，生怕自己会考不及格，但因为我平时还算比较用功，还是每次都能取得良好的成绩。但我这个紧张是个不好的习惯。但那一次考试，对我是一次新的锻炼，使我改掉了这个毛病。
在考试前，我们班的状态可谓天壤之别。你们瞧呀，有的把书立起来装出三好学生的样子，可谁知他们的眼神漫目无神，似乎在找着什么呢；有的飞快地浏览着重点，在临时抱佛脚；还有的人十指闭合，虔诚祈祷……
监考老师见了，哭笑不得。但老师也只能憋着笑意，板着脸，将试卷下发。
我们将试卷先浏览了一遍，然后开始埋头苦干。教室的窗户外风吹来，吹进教室“呼呼”的风声，像一位小精灵在让我们马不停蹄。不时有几片樱花瓣落下，杂着一丝香气。这时，小林被一道题难住了，她一手拿笔不停地转动，一手再抓头发，仿佛大脑中的脑细胞被头发围住了一样，她满脸通红，额头上的汗不停涌出知道想出来了，她才会心一笑。
只有他——一个男孩阳光男孩。只要一笑，就会有一对小酒窝，似乎是天使一般的存在。他的学习并不好，但性格十分开朗，他在蒙，蒙对多少，他就蒙多少。不得不说他的运气十分的好。他一脸轻松，看不出一丝的担心和犹豫。
这次考试，不管是谁在考试时都不紧张。让我明白了：考试要放平心态，不论大考试或小考试。只要放平心态，一切问题都能解决。

在小学生活里，我们必免有一些大大小小的考试，因为这些考试可以让同学们的心情变化多端，考的好的同学得意扬扬，考的不好的同学心灰意冷。让我不能忘的是四年级的期中考试。
一到期中或者期末这种大型考试的时候，老师难免会在快放学的时候再提醒提醒我们，大多老师会说：“同学们，放学到家以后一定要把学过的知识点，再挨个儿过一遍，晚上早点睡觉，考试的时候不要犯困，明天早上不许迟到和早到。”我把老师说的话都记在心里，回到家我并没有复习，而是跑去玩了。
考试的时候我很快的把试卷写完了，仔细检察了几遍就交卷了。过了几天，老师开始念考试成绩，我和同学们都是提心吊胆的听老师念分，我原本以为会考的很好，结果差强人意，我很失落，爬在桌子上失落了很久，老师看见了我，下课把我叫到办公室里对我说：“孩子你为什么要哭啊？是不是你没考好？没关系的，每个人都不是十全十美的，都是通过后天的努力得来的，你不能因为考的好而去骄傲，应该去做的更好，考的差就不代表你个人是不好的，只要你去加倍的努力，就会成功。”老师这一番话，让我明白了许多，让我懂得人生的道理。
我永远也不会忘记，老师的这一番话，就像温暖的阳光，照亮我人生的方向。
