People travel by plane, by train, by ship, by bus. To me, the best way of traveling on a summer vacation is to go on foot.人们会乘坐飞机、火车、轮船、公交车去旅游。对于我来说，最好的旅游方式是暑假期间徒步旅游。
On a summer vacation I travel to refresh myself and to see the countryside. When I use my feet and walk on a grass covered path or among the hills I feel detached from the noise of the city and closer to the nature. And when I travel on foot I get more freedom. I can plan my own schedule. I can choose my own route. I can stop where I like. And I can see things and people that I might miss if I travel on a train or on a bus.暑假的时候，我通过旅游去释放自己和游览乡间。当我用双脚走在铺满小草的小径或山间时，我感觉（自己）远离城市的喧嚣，并且更亲近大自然。当我徒步旅行时我可以得到更多的自由。我可以自己选择行程。我可以自己选择路线。只要喜欢，我就可以停下来。而且我可以看到很多人和事，那些我可能乘坐火车或公车旅行而错失的。
When faster and more convenient ways for travel are becoming available, I still favor using my own feet. I get much pleasure from it. 当更快、更方便的旅游方式变成通用的，我仍然支持用自己的双脚（旅行），我从中得到了许多乐趣。

老实说，昨天我还在发高烧，打点滴。一大早，爸爸妈妈就跟我商量，不想让我参加运动会更不想让我参加项目，理由很简单，就是病还没有好。一向听话的我却固执起来，非要参加不可，理由也很简单，就是不能因为我影响班级整体。他俩执拗不过我，松口了，同意了，但却附加一个条件，就是比完我的项目就得去打点滴。我没办法，只好答应了。
谁知，运动会第一个项目就是各年级亲子羽毛球拍托乒乓球接力赛。我赶紧找爸爸做上场准备。我和爸爸是我们班最后一棒。我强打着精神，带着恐慌和紧张的心情站在起跑线上，生怕因为自己的身体出了状况而影响班级项目。裁判员一声枪响，运动员出发了。我们班的前三对家长和同学都跑得很卖力。该轮到我了。就在这时，另一个班级的`一位叔叔却犯了规，跑到了我们班的跑道上了，把那个女同学撞出了老远。几乎同时，我的爸爸跑过来了，尽管受了一些影响，还是很快地把他手中的羽毛球拍和排上的乒乓球递交给我。我接过球拍和乒乓球后 便使尽全力往前跑，很想跑得更快一些，可是软软的双腿就是不听使唤。快到终点时，我差点摔了一跤。
这个项目我们班输了，也许是因为我。可是大家都没有怪我，老师和同学们都知道我是用毅力完成了比赛。我心里一点愧疚感也没有，因为我尽我最大的努力了。

Dear English teacher,
I went on a trip to Hainan today with my family .We went there by plane. After we got off the plane, we went to the beach to see the beautiful sand and swim there. There were other people there too. Some people were surfing and some people were diving in the deeper part of the sea. Afterwards we had lunch at a seafood restaurant near the beach. We ate seafood like shrimps and craps, and drank some abalone soup.We all didn't want to go home because the scenery was so beautiful, and there were so many other exciting things to try,but sadly it was time for us to go. It was definitely an exciting trip.If I have a chance to go there again, i will be more than happy to visit the place again.
