我叫手机，从我一开始诞生，我就给人们带来了许多方便，实现了人们“千里传音”的.梦想：不管在多远的地方，人们都可以用我进行通话、发短信。到现在我已经变成了智能手机，功能就更多了：我可以让人们上网查资料、看电影、聊天、打游戏。许多人现在都离不开我，每天眼睛都盯着我的屏幕，我成了你们形影不离的好朋友。
可是如今，我却在那个帮助人类的路上越走越远了——现在，老师上课时开始分心，动不动打开我们看看，使课堂变了味；学生在做作业时开始分心，动不动打开我们看看，使学习变了味；上班族在开会时开始分心，动不动打开我们看看，使工作变了味。
我们很伤心，也很无奈，现在，我们都被人类说是“手机恶魔”、“近视神器”，再也不是以前那个“小灵通”了。其实这也不能全怪我们，在这封信里我给你们分享几个小提醒：
1、人们打游戏，沉溺其中会严重影响视力，造成近视、注意力不集中、智力下降。
2、人们在用我接打手机或随身携带时，我会产生辐射，损害人们的身体健康。
3、许多人睡觉前总是拿着我在玩，导致睡眠不好。
4、我是电子产品，报废后会产生电子垃圾，如果不合理回收，我长久地丢在土地中会造成永久性的危害。
我们希望你们能合理运用手机，让我们洗脱掉“手机恶魔”、“近视神器”这两个“罪名”，也人们让我们两族和平相处，不要互相辱骂了，好吗？
