4、自学主导性原则：自学是学生主体性在教学过程中的主要表现，教师的主要任务是创设教学环境，把学生已有知识最近区域与新的教学内容紧密连接起来，在自学、巩固、提高过程中，开展激励、诱导、评价、反馈、调整活动，使学生始终处于生动活波主动发展的良好状态。
5、素质发展性原则：这是素质教育的根本目的，也是上述教育原则有效实施的必然结果，其实质是“充分发掘培养青少年潜在能力”，是相对的动态的人类教育的最大化。这一原则即规定了向导教育的发展方向，又规定了教育过程和教育效果评价的内容和标准。
