1，实验：将一枚生锈的铁钉放入一罐可乐中，放在墙角十几天后，铁钉居然会逐渐溶解！
思考：有关资料表明，可乐中的磷酸属于强酸，即使经过稀释，还有一定酸度。这么厉害的磷酸进入我们的胃，我们的胃部能舒服吗？
2，实验：把可乐含在口中，过五秒钟后吐掉，发现牙齿酸酸的，这是磷酸在作怪。
思考：可乐中含有磷酸和二氧化碳溶解后形成的碳酸，对牙齿有一定的腐蚀作用，喜欢喝可乐的人牙齿一定败得快。同样的，可乐中含有的磷酸会影响人体对钙的吸收，导致骨质疏松。
3，实验：可乐是甜的，可乐中含有大量糖，这些糖吸收速度很快，容易造成热量摄入过量。
思考：热量摄入过量，会导致肥胖，小孩子过度肥胖影响身体的正常发育，而且营养低、热量高的碳酸饮料让孩子们少喝了牛奶和其他有营养的饮品，减少了发育成长必需的维生素和矿物质的摄入量。
4，资料：可乐中含有大量的`咖啡因和二氧化碳。在美国达利大学有场比赛：看谁能喝最多的可口可乐？获胜者喝了八瓶，并当场亡，因为管中含了太多的二氧化碳，而使得人的身体没有足够的氧。
思考：可乐中含有咖啡因，1瓶340克的可乐型饮料含有咖啡因毫克，有人做过试验，成年人一次口服咖啡因1克以上，可以引起中枢神经系统兴奋，呼吸加快、心动过速、失眠、眼花、耳鸣。喝过多的可乐，摄入过多的二氧化碳和咖啡因，晕倒就已经是正常的事情了。

Recently, the topic of air pollution has again aroused more and more attention since pollution haze, a kind of weather, has appeared increasing frequently in our cities. Just as the picture showed, when pollution haze comes, the whole city was covered with suspended particles which can breath into our body causing heavy problem to our health.
Due to the bad effect from pollution haze, a green and clear environment, rather than anything else, turns to be an important role and a urgent issue in our daily lives. Meanwhile we just live in only an earth, if we didn’t try to protect our common hometown, we would have no place to settle.
Thus, we should take effective measures to rebuild our beautiful environment of the cities from now on.

星期天，我在爸爸的帮助下，上网查了一下西安三月份前半个月的空气质量，一查，让我大吃一惊，我发现其中国重度污染有六天，轻度污染有两天，中度污染有七天。
原来我们生活在这样的环境下，我问爸爸：“雾霾和沙尘对人体有什么危害吗?”爸爸和我查阅了一下网上的资料，原来，雾霾和沙尘的危害非常大，雾霾会导致传染病扩散和多种疾病发生，给人体健康带来较大的危害。沙尘也会危害到人们的身体健康，还给人类出行带来很大的不便。
我又查了一下造成雾霾和沙尘的原因，原来大气空气气压低，空气不流动是主要因素，空气不流动是空气中的微小颗粒聚集在一起，漂浮在空中，由于地面灰尘大，空气温度低，地面的人和车辆是灰尘搅动起来……沙尘是一种风雨沙的相互作用的危害性天气现象，它的形成与地球温室效应、植被破坏、物种灭绝、气候异常等有着不可分割的关系。他还分为沙尘暴、浮尘、强沙尘……
我想我们不应该无节制开采自然资源，不应该随意砍伐树木，有车的人尽量少开车，多做公交车和骑自行车，绿色出行。灯泡尽量用节能灯，少开空调，大家要给街道多洒水。不随地乱扔垃圾，多植树造林，保护我们的地球。

望一眼窗外，突然发现看不到蓝天、白云，天地间一片灰色的景象，连对面的楼房也只有朦胧的轮廓。这样的天气越来越频繁，雾霾正无声无息地笼罩着我们的城市。
雾霾是雾中悬浮着大量的烟、灰尘等微粒而形成的混浊现象。据环保部遥感卫星监测：1月29日中国范围内有130万平方公里的地区被雾霾笼罩，空气质量严重污染。
那雾霾天气是怎样来的呢?很多家庭都拥有小汽车，我们的出行更便捷了，但汽车的尾气排放污染空气;电厂、炼油厂、化工厂在我们的城市里“大显身手”，但夜以继日地不断排放出煤烟和灰尘;绚丽的烟花爆竹让人目不暇接，但空气中烟雾腾腾，变得非常混浊，空气质量急剧下降，PM2.5、PM10指数直线上升，这些都是造成雾霾的主要原因，它们在带给我们快捷方便、赏心悦目的同时，也悄悄给我们带来了意想不到的后果。
雾霾的天气，我们呼吸的.是混浊的气体。空气中的霾会引起肺炎、咽喉炎、气管炎、心脏衰落等疾病。1952年，英国伦敦的那场大雾似无形的手，在短短五天内就夺取了4000人的生命，在之后两个月内有夺去了8000人的生命，可见大雾的威力，也该给我们敲响了警钟。
我们要的是清新的空气，要的是健康的体魄。请不要以牺牲健康为代价，而换来所谓的美好生活。少开车，绿色出行，多种树，保护森林。治霾，从我做起。
