暑假到了，妈妈们带我们去洛阳游玩。一路上，我们开开心心、有说有笑的。
到了洛阳，一下车我们就直奔中外闻名的神州牡丹园。我们首先来到专门展示牡丹画的画院。只见高高的四面墙上挂满了画，画上一朵朵牡丹活灵活现，像真的一样。我最喜欢“豆绿”了，它的花心像绿色的豆子，大概这就是它名字的由来吧。听导游说，这种绿色的牡丹是最珍贵的品种，天下第一呢！
俗话说：“百闻不如一见”。画得再好看也没有真牡丹美丽！在导游的带领下，我们兴致勃勃地来到了种植牡丹的花圃观赏这花中之王。当我第一眼看见活生生的牡丹时，我仿佛来到了仙境。每一个花圃都不大不小，却种植了许多株半人高的牡丹花，花枝瘦瘦的、干枯的样子像被火烧过似的，但看起来很有力，托起了碧绿的大叶子和硕大的花朵。花瓣重重叠叠的，真是数不胜数啊！牡丹花开得那么大，开得那么气派，透出一种富贵之气，显得典雅、华贵，让我想起洛阳牡丹的传说。牡丹花敢于和皇帝武则天对抗，被流放到洛阳。但仍然遵守了自然规律，在春天开放，真有骨气。
牡丹花的品种实在太多了，看得我眼花缭乱。我们看到了红色的“洛阳红”，好像荷花一样的“鲁荷红”，洁白的“玉版白”，还有很多黄色的牡丹花。在这当中，最显眼的就是牡丹花的“花中之王”“姚黄”了。她非常鲜艳，拥有一身黄衣服，像穿着龙袍的女王。她的花像皇冠，有着一种威严。
那么多的牡丹花，一朵有一朵的姿态。有的低着头，像一个害羞的姑娘；有的整个身子全低了下去，像睡着了似的；有的弯着腰，照着“镜子”，像在精心打扮自己；还有的挺直身子，展开了漂亮的裙子，好像在说：“瞧，我多美呀！”……
牡丹的颜色五彩斑斓。白的好像雪，红的好像火，粉的好像霞，黄的好像金，绿的好像被清水洗过的宝石……不禁让我想起了刘禹锡的诗句：“唯有牡丹真国色，花开时节动京城。”
欣赏着这国色天香的牡丹，我无法用词语来形容她。神州牡丹园真令我流连忘返。
