圆滚滚的身材，胖嘟嘟的脸，一副萌萌的样子特别可爱，可若是你看到他的小嘴在蠕动，甭问，他绝对又是在吃零食了。
我的这个小伙伴叫小宇，他身高中等，横向发展却很厉害，尤其是四五年级时，体重暴增，原本一个帅帅的小伙子就升级为一个胖墩儿，这一切都和他那张永不停歇的嘴有关系。
一天，我到他家玩，进了门，茶几上摆放的各种小零食吸引了我的眼球：薯片、海苔、干果、进口食品应有尽有，半个月才能吃一袋零食的我顿时看呆了。“这……你能吃这么多零食？”“嗯，当然，这只是一小部分呢。走，我带你见识见识我的粮仓去。”他走到阳台，将几个大箱子搬出，把箱子盖掀起，“喏，怎么样？我的零食多不多？”箱子里琳琅满目，各种小食品数不胜数，就像一个浓缩的食品小超市啊！他友好大方地取出许多零食给我吃，我们俩边看电视边吃零食，多么悠闲惬意的时光啊！那一天里，我的体重怕是也直线上升了一公斤吧……
受到了零食的诱惑与吃货小伙伴的感染,我也控制不住自己的嘴巴而越来越贪吃，每当妈妈让我减肥时，我总说：“不急，您看小宇不是比我还胖，不也没事吗？以后再说吧……”
可这个一直被我当做挡箭牌的小宇居然开始减肥了……
一天，我们相约去公园玩，为了解决温饱问题，我特意带了两个肉松面包准备和他一起分享。谁知，一向号称吃货的他，居然没有接受美食，委婉地拒绝了我，还幽默地对我说：“肉松，肉松，吃多了肉就会松，我正减肥呢！”“你不馋吗？”我疑惑地问，“当然馋，但也要克制，只有减肥我才能再变帅啊，虽然很辛苦，但也要坚持。”
哈哈，这家伙，竟说得我无言以对了，那两个面包自然是安然无恙地归来了，因为我也要加入减肥队伍了。
现在，我们俩用管住嘴，多动腿的方法，一起锻炼一起减肥，我们俩的体重都在一点点下降中，看来，这个“伙伴减肥法”还真是有效啊！

从起点到1标为顶风航段，帆船（板）不能顶风前进，需走“之”字形，航向由运动员掌握，判断哪种航向受风为佳，就靠运动员的和技术。 奥运会帆船比赛每个级别要进行11轮比赛（49人级进行16轮），前10轮（49人级前15轮）成绩最好的10条船进入到最后一轮的决赛。有时因天气情况，可减少轮次。由于场地条件不完全一致（风速、流速不等），帆船（板）比赛没有绝对纪录。
