小学阶段的语文教学是全面培养学生的听说读写，听已经有基础了，接着就培养学生的说话和写话能力。低年级学生要先从说一句话、几句话逐步过渡到说一段话，特别要注意由说好一句完整的话开始，由易到难，由浅入深，从简入繁，逐步提高。我就在教材中捕捉说话的训练点，大胆设想，精心设计练习，使学生的说话能力得到提高。训练过程中学生有个性化的语言大加赞赏，遇到学生说得好写的好的词句就随机写在黑板上，让学生在写话的过程中共享此资源。
