清明粿的制作材料，是极为考究的。首先，去田野里摘来又绿又嫩的艾叶，清洗干净，沸水煮软，过凉水，挤干后，再用凉水浸泡1—2小时，随后捣成艾泥待用。接着，炒制馅料。一般用新嫩的竹笋、咸菜和猪肉炒好备用。然后，用艾泥和糯米粉混合均匀，和成面团后，把面团蒸熟。最后，把蒸熟后的面团，趁热揉成光滑的面团。至此，清明粿的材料才算准备妥当。
包清明粿，是最有意思的了。手一旦触摸到那绿油油、滑溜溜的面团，它就像一个大吸盘似的吸住你不放。捏一捏，软软的；拉一拉，粘粘的。使劲的揉一揉，一股清甜的香气迎面袭来，缭绕鼻间。室内的香气混杂着窗外的雨声，滋润着我们愉悦的心田。只见大人们拿起清明团，用手掌“啪啪”地拍两下，就成扁圆。然后，放入馅料，用指尖慢慢地旋转着，粿皮就一点点的蠕动，渐渐吞没了馅料，一个包子形的清明粿就诞生了。我想做出不同形状的清明粿。于是，我把清明团一搓，搓成一条长长的大蛇；一卷，又卷成了一条盘旋的大龙；最后，也来学个古人的`画龙点睛之笔，一点，一条青龙立马跃然而出。不一会儿，在雨声、拍打声、欢笑声中，蒸笼里便出现了一个个胖胖的“包子”，一条条威武的“神龙”，一弯弯明亮的“月牙”……
把包好的清明粿放入蒸笼蒸上几分钟后，就可以品尝美味啦。只见阿姨端上了热气腾腾的蒸笼盒，一股股扑鼻的香气四处飘散。我顾不得烫，抓起一个，咬上一口。呀！咸淡适中、又香又糯的清明粿在舌尖上快乐地舞蹈着，它仿佛想让我的唇齿多留香一会，粿皮紧紧地抱住牙齿不放，只觉得上牙和下牙黏在了一起，发出“吧唧吧唧”的声音。我嚼了又嚼，第一个还没吃完，手却已经控制不住要去夹第二个了。这时，旁边的妹妹两眼放光，立马拽住我的手，撒娇道：“哥哥，哥哥，这个给我吧！”我只好故作大方的把那个最大的“胖包子”递给了她。嘿，刚出炉的清明粿，那味儿，真不是盖的！

4月5日是清明节，我跟着温州日报小记者团来到了大罗山，去攀爬大罗山，寻找棉菜，制作清明饼。
我们先爬大罗山到半山腰上的“石竹第一家”吃完午饭再去找棉菜制作清明饼。
大罗山可真难爬呀！我才爬了一半，就爬不动了。我汗流浃背，脚像被灌铅，沉重得抬不起来。爸爸一直鼓励我，我们俩一步一步努力地往上爬，终于爬上来了。
吃过午饭，休息一会儿，我们就出发去找棉菜了。在通往龙脊的路上，那一片绿油油的草地里隐藏着许多棉菜，它们一下就被眼尖的同学发现了。棉菜有的又小又嫩，上面还沾着晶莹的露珠，就像一个戴着钻石首饰的刚出生的婴儿；有的小巧玲珑，害羞地藏在杂草后面，就像一个羞涩可爱的小姑娘；有的长得又大又高，就像一位又有力又强壮的年轻人，守护着整片草地，保护同伴的安全。同学们蜂拥上去，采着棉菜，不一会儿就采满了一袋子，正准备回去上交呢！
采完棉菜，就要开始做清明饼了。
首先要先把棉菜捣成汁，合着粉，做成原材料，然后放入豆腐、肉、笋等配料包好，做成一个圆圆的小饼就可以开始蒸了，过十几分钟，一个香喷喷的清明饼就可以出炉了！
活动结束了，大罗山的公路上充满了我们的欢声笑语。

我们高高兴兴地来到了雅林现代农业园。里面有水培园、百果园、热带果园、玫瑰园、番茄园。
我们来到了水培园，里面有十二生肖小动物的雕塑。还有各种各样的蔬菜，有大白菜、紫甘蓝、生菜……
我们到了百果园，百果园里有许许多多的瓜果。有番茄、有南瓜、有大葫芦、冬瓜、蛇瓜等等长得千奇百怪的样子，我以前都没见过。
我们进入了热带果园，热带果园有人心果、木瓜……
我们去了玫瑰园，里面有形状各异的南瓜，有的像飞碟、有的像手镯、有些像锤子、有的像蝌蚪。
我们到了番茄园，番茄园里有红的番茄也有还没成熟的绿的番茄。
出了番茄园，我们到了一个大草坪，草坪上有很多人在玩丢手绢，还有人在放风筝……我们坐在那里看他们玩了一会儿就去商店买种子了，然后我们就开开心心地回家了。

我非常喜欢过清明节，因为我第一次去祭祖时，叔叔告诉我说：“这座山的这个岩石下面有一个金矿！”所以我一直想买一把电锯将石头锯开，拿一大袋金子回家，那时，我到商店里买东西，不够钱就去那儿走一趟，弄一点钱回来，买什么我都不用担心了，真爽。

我把这个问题跟爸爸一说，爸爸答应今年的清明节带我去扫墓。到了清明节那天，爸爸准备了一些东西就要带我出门。我说：“爸爸，要带扫把吗？”爸爸摇摇头说：“不带不带。”我想：“不带扫把怎么扫呢？”后来，我跟在爸爸身后，走了大约一节课的时间，到了一堆坟地边，爸爸说：“这座坟地就是你老祖的，我们今天就是来给你老祖扫墓的。”接着，爸爸从提包里拿出一串“纸钱”来拴在坟地上的草秆上，还泼了“水饭”，烧了一些“纸钱”，最后，又叫我和他一起磕头。磕完了头，爸爸说：“这就叫扫墓，知道了吗？”我有点懂，又有点不懂。但我还是点了点头。
今年的清明节，是我永远忘不了的节日。今后，我还要了解很多关于清明节的故事。
