企业中的内部审计机制在企业的内部组织管理中确实能够发挥宏大的作用。但是，企业中的内部审计机制造为企业内部控制系统的重要组成局部，也存在着以下缺乏：
（一）内部审计机构位置不高、且独立性比拟差。企业中的内部审计机制与企业中的其他部门一样，受制于企业高层的管理和指导，自然不可能精确无误地完整行使企业内部审计机制的全部职能。
比方，很多企业的高层将企业内部的审计机构与企业内部的其他部门置于对等的企业组织位置，而招致企业内部审计机构无法和无权对企业中的其他职能部门进行真正的、认真的考核和评价，而招致企业内部审计流于方式。

（三）传统的内部审计办法已不顺应公司管理的开展请求。
鉴于我国很多大型上市企业都曾经采用了网络化信息系统操作程序，所以企业内部审计机构中的审计人员必需学会纯熟操作计算机。不只如此，企业内部审计机构中还应该至少有两名以至多名纯熟控制和纯熟运用最新计算机技术的专家。纯熟控制和运用最新计算机技术的专家将辅佐上市企业研讨和开发企业消费和企业运营等方面的计算机审计软件，辅佐企业培训企业其他职能部门的企业审计人员纯熟操作计算机，纯熟运用计算机中的技术审计软件。遗憾的是，目前我国上市的企业内部审计职能部门由于尚无上述方面的计算机专业人才，而招致既不能缓解更不能处理企业内部审计机构中审计人员不多但是审计任务却十分繁重的矛盾，招致我国上市企业的内部审计机构呈现无法正常发挥审计作用、更无法超凡发挥其审计职能的严重场面，从而严重影响了我国上市企业内部审计机构的审计质量与审计效率。如此缺乏高屋建瓴的审计和倡议，当然无益于企业高层剖析企业管理中存在的诸多问题，无益于企业高层预防与处理企业在消费和运营过程中可能遇到的潜在的风险。
（四）内部审计工作得不到应有的注重和支持。
目前，我国多数企业都是将企业的管理重心聚焦于董事会和企业的外部审计部门，对建立企业的.内部控制体系如此严重的问题常常视而不见。内部审计部门常常被看作外部审计的辅助性机构，企业设置内部审计部门的目的不是为了更好地增强上市企业的内部管理，而是为了敷衍我国政府相关主管部门及上市企业审计部门的请求。因而，我国上述企业中的内部审计机构在审计企业消费和企业运营时常常难以主动地、独立地展开正常的审计工作。

有很多的机会给我们发展但是我们缺乏的就是经济与勇气。。
也还有很多同年的人有经济但是他们的思维却停留在如何时尚如何享受，有很多的人都追求非主流及街舞时尚，他们就没有想过时尚是不是我们可以追求的，没有想过怎么去发展自己的.空间，我们打个比喻，在美国一般人士有这个想法他们有1元钱，就在想如何把这一元钱变两元，在如何由两元变更多的钱，但我们国内的人却很小视这一元的存在。。。
我们在拿国内江浙一带人比较浙江人的观念就大有不同他们把工作做第一天天忙碌的是工作，心里整天盘算的是怎么找钱，是我们要素学习的对象，在上海人就工作也重要但他们第二点就是相当错误的了以消费为主。所以给很多老外带去了我国大多经济。。。。我个人看法四川人是最不求上进的人，个别人除外。每天除吃喝嫖赌就不知道他们在想什么了有的可能也是怎么去嗨啊怎么去骗啊。就连现在的学生都是在想怎么去找自己爱的人和爱自己的人。那里还有空去想现在的社会发展需要什么样的人自己要去做什么样的人。。就算有这样的人可能他的思想都还停留在茫然两个字上。
现在有很多人都应该把自己的观念开开想以后怎么做怎么发展。但是前提是我们一定要克服自己.,,既然想到的路,就要自己把他走玩,哪怕是爬,也要把他爬玩。。。。。。思想与观念是很重要的。10年前的今天我们在想这东西学来有没有用？应该以后没有用吧。哪还学什么啊不如不学，但10年后他却是你当初想到没有用的东西所以你就没有学。但是10年后你在学还可以赶上吗？
