儿子来到客厅，母亲等了十分钟也不见父亲回来，母亲着急地说：“儿子去把你爸找回来，有什么能比牛排更吸引他的 呢？”
儿子走到房间里，老顽童父亲正毫不在意地和儿子一样趴在地上，脚一晃一晃地认真地看着书呢！还不时哈哈大笑。儿子冲着父亲喊：“快点，快点，美味诱人的\'牛排，快来吃呀！”“哈哈，别烦！”父亲皱了皱眉。儿子想起书中有趣的内容，禁不起诱惑，迫不及待地和父亲一起聚精会神地看了起来，这对父子俩很快地又投入到情节里，那真可谓是废寝忘食啊！
到底是什么样的书使父子俩达到如痴如狂的底部？当母亲走过来合上书时，原来是先在正火爆上市的伯劳恩写的《父与子全集》。
