近日，我和哥哥姐姐坐车去开平参观游览。
自力村中最精美的碉楼是铭石楼，铭石楼为四角悬挑塔楼，高6层，周围全是美丽的花草树木围着。
走进碉楼，只见首层为厅房，没有什么珍贵物品。
上到2楼，我的目光立刻被那幅刺绣画吸引住了，三楼、四楼也各有一幅这种画，只见画面色彩缤纷、手工精巧、古色古香。没等我细看，哥哥又叫我了：“弟弟，看！留声机！”这东西，我在电视上见得多了，可亲眼看，还是第一次呢！喇叭就像朵花一样，多可爱啊！
导游一边跟我们解说，一边带领我们到处参观。五楼则是祭祖场所，六楼平台上有一中西合璧的六角形瞭望亭。导游姐姐用手指了指墙上的一扇“小窗户”，“这呀，是枪眼！它不仅可侦察敌情，还可以把枪架在这里瞄准敌人射击呢！”导游姐姐边说边指了地上的一个长方形洞，“这也可作侦察敌情所用，还可以朝下扔手榴弹，炸得敌人开花！”
碉楼高大壮观，就好像一个巨人一动不动地屹立在乡间的田野中。走进古色古香的碉楼，只见碉楼内所有的物品还是很久以前的摆设，后堂闲雅温馨，厅堂摆放洋盆浴缸，真高雅！
碉楼周围景色优美。有香气四溢的荷花池，有养满金鱼锦鲤的鱼池,有茂盛的树木,还有五颜六色的菊花,山光景色多么美丽啊!就好像眼前出现了一幅绝美丽的图画,让人陶醉。
开平碉楼是一部内涵丰富的书，细细读之回味无穷，开平碉楼更是人文景观和自然景观独特的景区，不可不游。

On a summer vacation I travel to refresh myself and to see the countryside. 自力村有铭石楼、养闲别墅、居安楼等15座风格各异、造型精美的碉楼，是当地侨胞为了保护亲人的生命财产而建，主要用于防匪、防水以及居住的。碉楼里还保存着完整的家具、生活用品，是当时华侨文化的历史见证。碉楼内，所有的物品还是当年的摆设，在这里，你会发觉自己与历史的距离原来是如此的贴近。
