读美国时，不得不结合历史。美国曾被英国长期殖民、压迫过，一个执政人员可以拿着搜捕证随便搜查居民的家，即使找不到任何违法品。在华盛顿的带领下，美国摆脱了英国的殖民。如果换做中国百姓，一定会认为华盛顿将建立起宪法，巩固自己的\'地位，但是是能让人大跌眼镜。战争结束后，华盛顿和其下属不约而同地下解甲还乡，华盛顿在自己的庄园过着小农生活。州各立各自的法规，直到几年后，因为法规差异过大，加上经济相当不景气，华盛顿与各位战友聚在一起开会制法，他们深刻地认识到政府权力过大对人民造成的压迫，第一项内容竟是确保人民合法持枪，建立自己的武装力量（不敢相信吧）。美国的宪法蕴含了人类的理性和智慧，你可以看到美国为了保障每个人的平等和自由表达情感，其宪法在生活中实用性相当高，不是摆在法院无人去看的空条文。美国赋予人人平等的权利，让穷人上得起学、吃得起好饭好菜，民事案件中免费为你请律师，如果你的权利受侵犯，你不会因无钱而打不起官司，观后感《近距离看美国—历史深处的忧虑 观后感》。你可以自由表达情感，与此相关的行为大多不受限制，但不要一次认为美国人大多放荡，其行为受到相当大的限制，比如放学孩子必须有监护人接送，工作单位男女距离不能近于一手臂（好像是一米，不清楚了）美国每个时令都有不同的作息时间，大多数人都能自觉地调整过来。请注意我这里说的是以个人为主体，宪法保障个体的利益，在法庭上，被告只能作为嫌疑犯，不能穿囚犯衣，大多穿着西装。一个人有罪，但检方证据不充分的情况下，陪审团会以“罪名不成立”将其释放。“宁可放也不能错”的思想为绝大多人接受，他们为了自由付出了代价，不远破坏宪法的初衷。（宪法代表了个人的利益）
