老师布置一项作业---做一次西红柿炒鸡蛋。中午，奶奶给我两个鸡蛋和一个西红柿就跑去干别的事了。
我把鸡蛋往桌脚一磕，顺着裂缝一掰，鸡蛋便从手指上滑到碗里。然后，我用筷子使劲搅，蛋清和蛋黄搅到一起了。
搅完鸡蛋，我开始砌西红柿，我先把西红柿放在毡板上，双手握菜刀高高举起，对准西红柿脑门一挥，谁知西红柿像个顽皮的孩子，滚到了一边，害的我差点把自己的手切了，我气急败坏，按住西红柿，拿起菜刀一顿砍，西红柿被我砍成一小块一小块的，如同一个个红衣仙女。
开始炒鸡蛋了，我先将油倒入锅中，等到油冒出青烟时，再把鸡蛋液倒进锅中，“滋啦”一声，吓得我往后退了几步，等到油不溅了，我往前走了几步，发现鸡蛋已经凝固了，好像一个小太阳，然后我把“太阳”分开了，我将西红柿放进去一块炒，炒的时候，我发现西红柿膨胀起来了，像一团团肉球。
炒好后，我把西红柿炒鸡蛋装盘，浓浓的香味引来了全家人，他们“狼吞虎咽”，一盘“美食\"便被吃完了。吃完后，奶奶说：“烧的太好吃了”。听了奶奶的夸奖，我的心里比吃了蜜还甜。

平时，看见妈妈做西红柿炒鸡蛋时便觉得很有趣，我很想亲自尝试一下，就在今天晚上“机会”终于来了。我走进厨房对妈妈说：“今天晚上让我来做西红柿炒鸡蛋，行吗？”“好啊！”妈妈爽快地答应了。
妈妈给我准备了四个西红柿两个鸡蛋，油、盐、还有葱后就走了。我把西红柿和葱洗得干干净净，然后把葱叶顶部已发黄的叶子和葱根去除掉，按照妈妈的指导将葱和西红柿切好，把鸡蛋打进碗里搅匀。然后开火，放锅。
等锅内的水干了，我倒上一点油，又热以后倒入葱花和鸡蛋，炒得差不多再倒上西红柿，最后，加入少量的盐。来回翻炒一至五次后把这道菜盛入盘子里。
我和妈妈品尝了一下，虽然没有妈妈做得好吃，但是知道了妈妈平日做饭的辛苦，以后我一定要多帮妈妈做家务。

for what i said above, we can find some eamples of our fellow-students studying abroad. all young men do housework as girls do. someone would argue that we can employ servants. this is true. however, what shall we do if the servant leaves us and all things are left to ourselves? we just cannot leave our clothes as they are and let worms and ants eat them up. and what can we do it we go and study in a foreign country where servants are out our means to employ? we must work for ourselves. why not start to learn to do housework now or else it will be too late? everyone should learn to do housework. what do you think about my idea, boys and girls?

我先打鸡蛋，把鸡蛋放在碗边一敲，往蛋壳碎的地方一拨，鸡蛋就从壳里流出来了，好漂亮啊！像一个小太阳在水中间晶莹剔透。我在里面加上了盐，用筷子轻轻的搅拌几下，再用力的打，手腕不停的用力，直到把蛋黄和蛋白搅拌均匀为止。再把碗放一边，接下来把西红柿洗干净，我没有左手抓着西红柿，直接切，谁知西红柿像个顽皮的娃娃，滚到一边，害的我一会东一会西，像是在跟我作对，搞的我手忙脚乱。后来我用左手扶住西红柿，右手拿着刀，才把西红柿切成一个个小方块，再把葱也切好，放在一边，准备工作做好了。
我小心翼翼的点上火，把锅放在火上，倒上油，油不禁发出嗞嗞的声音，我害怕的往后退了几步，走近锅一看，油冒烟了，这说明油热了，再把打好的鸡蛋倒入锅里，鸡蛋便和锅合为一体了，鸡蛋像一朵向日葵，我赶紧把火关小，用铲子不停的翻炒，一会鸡蛋就熟了，我把鸡蛋盛在碗里，再往锅里放些油，把西红柿倒锅里，只听嗞啦一声，用大火不停的翻炒，放上盐，炒了几下，再把炒好的鸡蛋倒进锅里，一起炒，再放些葱，一盘西红柿炒鸡蛋就出锅了。
我尝了一口，虽然有点咸，但还是可以吃的，我心里美滋滋的，因为我终于用自己的劳动做出了西红柿炒鸡蛋，看到自己的劳动成果，我心里下决心:\"下次一定要比这次更好。”
