在这个广大的世界上，无论是谁，都要充实自己，老师也不例外，教导学生的老师，虽然已经完成学业了，但在空闲时间，还是要多多进修，让自己所了解的\'事物越来越多，也才能有更多的知识可以传授给学生。医生也必须广泛的阅读医学方面的书籍，如果出现了新的疾病，才能及时医治。病人的生命才能更有保障，而我国的 医疗技术也才能日渐进步。
每个人都要充实自己，我也不例外。我认为我应该要多多充实我的体能，因为我不会打篮球，跑步也很慢。假日时，我应该要常去慢跑、骑单车，也要向爸爸或老师请教打篮球的技巧，自己再多多练习，相信只要坚持下去，一定可以成功的。除此之外，我的数学能力要加强，从今以后，我一定要把数学的观念都弄懂，如果出现了疑惑要马上提问，在课余时间，也要多练习一些题目。即使我成为了数学天才，我依然要持之以恒。
如果一个人没有好好的充实自己，那他所学的知识以及技能就会比别人少，受苦的一定是自己。由此可见，充实自己真的非常重要。充实自己不但可以使自然课多采多姿，对社会也可以有所贡献。让我们一起努力，成为一个懂得充实自己的人。
