我们学习了课本第六单元，认识了邮票。知道了邮票是供寄邮件时贴用的邮资凭证。由于以前通信不发达，人们只有靠写信来传递信息，信封上就要贴邮票。现在有了电话、网络，渐渐的邮票被人们忘记了，但是有的邮票包含的意义重大，一直以来就是收藏中的精品。
我们的课文中，有一张开国大典的邮票。这是一九五九年建国十周年时，邮政部门根据著名画家董希文的油画《开国大典》而设计的。这枚邮票以深红色雕刻版印刷，将这幅油画名作再现方寸之间。这幅画面上有十位，主图为在天安门城楼上宣告中华人名共和国成立了。画面上手握讲稿，其他站在他的身后。天安门城楼上金碧辉煌，大红灯笼高高挂起，鲜艳的五星红旗迎风飘扬。广场上各族人民都在高呼，庆祝新中国的成了。
看着这张邮票，使我回想起中华民族经历的沧桑岁月。是中国共产党领导中国人民战胜列强，使中国人民从此站立起来。看着它，使我想起一句话：“少年智则国智，少年富则国富，少年强则国强。”
