那天，青蛙们坐在华丽的椅子上，拜轮光关掉了家里所有的灯，点燃了蜡烛，许了心愿。刚许完愿，还没来得及吹蜡烛，突然从窗外吹来了一阵风，蜡烛一下子全灭了青蛙们吃了一惊，但它们还是继续玩乐。
拜轮光走过去开了灯，就分起了蛋糕来。大家边吃边玩儿，过了一会儿，大家开始玩闹起来，这个给别人涂一点奶油，那个将奶油扔向别人。突然拜轮光哈哈大笑，大家照了照镜子才明白，自己成了“花脸蛙”，大家都情不自禁地哈哈大笑起来。
生日晚会结束时，大家一齐兴高采烈地唱起了《呱呱呱呱的稻田》，“从前有个人叫呱呱呱呱！他种了一片稻田呱呱呱呱！引来许多害虫呱呱呱呱！青蛙卫兵来保卫呀呱呱呱呱！害虫被消灭掉了呱呱呱呱！那人感谢青蛙呱呱呱呱！……”笑声飞出了窗外，大家意犹未尽地离开了。
从此以后，青蛙们迷上了唱歌，每天都在练歌，如果你听到了呱呱呱呱的声音，那一定是青蛙们在唱歌呢！
