我为未来世界设计了一种特殊的住宅，希望在2060年成为现实。在此先向大家分享未来住宅的神奇与功能。
未来的住宅坚固无比。这种住宅是用一种高科技材料制成，可以防10级以下的地震和洪水的冲击。
未来的住宅非常漂亮。你想让它成什么颜色，它就变成什么颜色。只要你按一下墙上的红色按钮，然后说出你想要的颜色，房子的外观就会如你所愿。房子的\'室内颜色也可以变化，只要你按一下墙上的绿色按钮，墙上就会变出举世闻名的景色，让你心旷神怡。
未来的住宅可以使屋内的人健康。如果屋内有人吸烟，屋内就会响起“不要吸烟，吸烟有害健康”的声音。那声音有些刺耳，不过对耳朵不会造成什么伤害;如果那个人立刻放下烟不抽的话，屋内会自动编出一首悦耳的歌曲，来表扬那个人;如果屋内的空气不清新，屋子里的“空气清新”装置就会启动，会放出一种无毒无害还有一种淡香的气体，不一会儿，屋里的空气新鲜了，屋里的人也会精神抖擞。
未来的住宅冬暖夏凉。当炎热的夏天，屋子里的微型自动节能空调会按室内的温度放出相应的凉气，使人感到神清气爽。当寒冷的冬天，屋子里的人不用再穿棉袄和棉鞋，甚至光着脚丫在地上走也不觉得冰凉，因为室内温度会在25度左右。
未来的住宅可以走路或飞行。走路时，住宅底下会伸出四条“腿”，撑起住宅。然后，一步一步的向前走去，你觉得走路慢，可以让住宅启动“飞行模式”。这时，住宅就会飞起来，它用的能源是空气，非常环保。
未来的住宅可以在墙上上网。如果家里没有电脑，没法查资料。那么就可以按墙上的黑色按钮，墙就变成了电脑屏幕，前方还会出来一套桌椅，桌子上有一个鼠标和电脑控制器。这样就可以上网了。
未来的住宅很实惠。只需几万元，就可以住上百平方米的多层大房子哦!怎么样?羡慕吧!
