暑假里的一天，我和妈妈说要自己做炸薯条吃。你知道做出又美味又健康的炸薯条的秘密吗？让我来告诉你吧。
首先，把土豆洗干净，把上面的泥土洗掉，我洗得很欢快，因为我很想快点尝一下这个健康的炸薯条。没一会儿就洗干净了。接着我要把它的皮削了，拿出一把刨刀，“刷刷刷”，我卖力地干起来，削得又快又好。然后，我拿起菜刀，把它切成一根根的条状。土豆条基本上搞定了，现在只差用油炸了。
我把炒锅洗干净。又拿出一瓶橄榄油准备好。用橄榄油来炸是做出又美味又健康薯条的秘密哦！我开了中火。先把锅里的水烧干，否则油会溅出来的。烧干后，妈妈帮我放了高度比浸没土豆条稍微多一点的橄榄油。我由于害怕油溅出来，把切好的土豆条猛的放进锅里，“滋滋”油溅了出来。“啊！”我边叫边“逃”到了卧室里，等到它安然无恙了我才敢出来。过了一会，我往锅里面看了一看，已经快好了，薯条的颜色已经有点金黄了。又过了一会儿，当薯条完全金黄了，我就把它捞了出来，放到一个没有水的盘子里。然后我在薯条上面撒上了一点盐，大功告成！
我立即拿了一根薯条尝了一尝，嗯！Yummy！真好吃！薯条外面酥酥脆脆的，里面软软嫩嫩的，真的是又健康又好吃啊！妈妈也尝了一尝，她也说很好吃！

It is known to us all that some students cheat in examinations at school.
As students, we often take examinations at school, but sometimes we have too many examinations which are too difficult for us. On the other hand, some of us are lazy and don’t work hard at their lessons. So when taking examinations, they sometimes cheat in order to get better results to please their parents and teachers.
In my opinion, it is wrong to cheat in examinations because it breaks the rules of schools. We students should be honest and try to get good results by studying hard instead of cheating in examinations. What’s more, we should improve our study methods and get well prepared for examinations.

要说我的本领嘛，画画、弹钢琴、唱歌、跳舞，都难不倒我。但我自己认为最拿手的本领要数炸薯条了。周末，我自己炸了一碗薯条，津津有味地吃了起来，眼前依稀浮现出我刚开始学做薯条的情景。
那天，我早上起来，突然想吃“麦当劳”，可妈妈不一定会带我去，怎么办？“有啦！”我一拍脑袋，“我自己做呀！又健康，又不耗时间。”说完，我拿来两个马铃薯——也就是土豆，一小杯自来水，一匙盐，一本书——它会教我怎么样做薯条。
我打开煤气灶，“一，把火开成小火。”我按了一下开关，可火并没有燃起来。我瞟了一眼锅，再次按下去，可火还是躲在里面不出来。我急得直跺脚：“怎么回事，怎么回事哩？”妈妈不知什么时候出现在了我的身后：“按下去得数五秒再松开。”我将信将疑，试了试，还真行！不管了，先把火放放，往锅里倒进油后，做第二步吧——将土豆切成条。
我拿起水果刀，仔仔细细地切土豆，可是切出来的不是歪歪扭扭，就是有粗有细、三长两短，活像一根根“打狗棒”。没事，新手嘛！我把土豆条一股脑儿统统往锅里扔，可我只顾着看书了，调皮的油一下子溅了三尺高，吓得我扔下铲子，退出去三步。呀！会烧焦的，我赶紧翻炒起来，加盐，搞定！原来淡黄色的土豆换上了金黄色的“衣裳”，可爱极了。我吃着自己的劳动成果，心里可开心了。
现在，我做薯条已经很美味了，有客人来，我也会端上我的拿手好菜。下次也请你们来吃哦！
