正在我和妈妈急得焦头烂额不知所措的时候，后面的`年青人好像看出我们的难处，关切地问我们怎么了，我求助地说：“我们点不出去动物园的路了。”年青人微笑着说：“没关系，每个人都有第一次，我来帮你们吧。”
果然，不久地图就出来了，我们按照年青人的说法，马上付了钱，领了票，但是我们不知怎么走，不过年青人马上领了他的票，拉着我们说：“走，我带你们去吧，”这时我觉得年青人很伟大，他帮助了我们，妈妈也有感而发的说了一句：“这个事上还是好人多呀!”我笑着说：“是啊。”那份温暖久久地留下心里。
