中国天安门的英语作文【一】
天安门位于中华人民共和国首都北京市区中心，面临长安街。天安门原是明、清两朝皇城的正门，明永乐十八年（公元1420年）建成，当时名叫承天门。清顺治八年（1651年）更名为天安门。1949年10月1日，中华人民共和国在这里举行了开国大典，并被设计入国徽。1961年，天安门被中华人民共和国国务院公布为第一批全国重点文物保护单位之一。另外，叶大鹰导演的一部作品名字也是《天安门》。
我看了一下资料，觉得天安门很好，想我也很想去，我问爸爸妈妈，爸爸妈妈同意了。过了几天我和爸爸妈妈一起坐着车去天安门了，我们在那看升旗仪式，那里人山人海的根本看不见。
然后我们去了人民英雄纪念碑，爸爸给我说：“人民英雄纪念碑位于北京天安门广场中心。1949年9月30日，中国人民政治协商会议第一届全体会议决定，为了纪念在人民解放战争和人民革命中牺牲的人民英雄，在首都北京建立人民英雄纪念碑。当天下午6时，出席中国人民政治协商会议的全体代表，在天安门前广场上举行了建立纪念碑的奠基典礼。后经全国广泛讨论，确定碑型。1961年，人民英雄纪念碑被中华人民共和国国务院公布为第一批全国重点文物保护单位之一。人民英雄纪念碑位于纪念堂以北，是中华人民共和国政府为纪念中国近现代史上的革命烈士而修建的纪念碑”。
最后我们坐着车回到了家。

怀着兴奋地心情，我们踏上了去北京的旅程。坐在汽车上，公路两旁的花儿向我微笑，天空中的云彩向我摆手，好像在说：“祝你们旅途愉快！”
经过六个多小时的路程，终于来到了大家梦寐以求的地方——北京。我们坐着公交车，来到了天安门。下了车，先来到天安门广场，面对这里的古典式建筑，美丽的喷泉，千奇百怪的花草，我可真有些眼花缭乱，目不暇接了。天安门安静祥和的坐落在广场上，显示着中国人对艺术的追求与向往。
我们再来到广场的中间，这里有一个大灯笼，高约5米，好像一间造型优美的房子。灯笼的周围是一圈花朵，花朵的颜色各不相同，有红，黄，蓝，青，绿五种颜色。花朵的前面站着一名警察，他庄严的站立在那里。
随后我们又来到广场西边的奥运造型那里，在这，所有的奥运造型都是由花儿拼成的。首先映入眼帘的是“同一个世界，同一个梦想”的字幕。在字幕的旁边是奥运福娃，他们摆着各种不相同奥运项目的姿势，有棒球，足球，有游泳，有跑步，还有举重。
然后我们来到广场的东边，最先被我看到的是一个五彩缤纷的桥梁，这个桥梁非常像我们山东省的\'黄河大桥，巍然挺立在那里，随后进入我的目光的是一片水果，这些水果看起来非常好吃，都把我的馋虫勾出来啦。
游完了天安门，我想真切地告诉大家：“北京真的很棒，真的希望大家都来玩一玩！”
