我的爸爸中等身材，微胖；留着整齐的平头，浓黑的眉毛，一双有炯炯有神的大眼睛，高挺的鼻子下一张能说会道的嘴教会了我很多知识。
爸爸对我要求很严格。记得在我刚学写作文的时候，要写一个熟悉的人，我想写我的好妈妈。爸爸就告诉我要先描写妈妈的外貌，再通过一些事情来体现妈妈是怎样关心我的，最后再作总结。我先写了一遍给爸爸看，爸爸说对妈妈的外貌描写不太合适，具体事例也没写清楚，结尾还没写好，叫我重写一遍。我又一连写了四遍，爸爸才说勉强可以，还是跟我修改了一些地方，才叫我誊写在作文本上。
爸爸不但在学习上关心我，在生活上也对我无微不至的爱护。
在今年夏天的一个傍晚，爸爸和我一起踢足球，当我们休息的时候，我问爸爸有没有水喝。爸爸看了一下四周，根本没有商店，二话没说就跑出了球场。过一会儿，他满头大汗地带回了两瓶矿泉水。原来他是跑到两里外的商店才买回了水。我想爸爸一定很累了，就对他说：“您太辛苦了，以后就让我去跑腿吧！”爸爸说：“只要你听话，爸爸累点没关系。”“我一定会做到的！”我们俩都开心地笑了。
这就是对我严格要求也很关心我的好爸爸，我想对他说：“谢谢您对我的关心！”

爸爸工作起来十分的投入。去年刚放暑假，我就骑着自行车去单位找爸爸，到了单位，我向窗户里望了一眼，爸爸不在，房子里空无一人，我又去他的办公室，果然，爸爸在哪儿工作呢！爸爸看见我，又惊又喜，我满以为他会放下手中的工作，陪我痛痛快快的玩，结果他只是亲了我几下，便很抱歉地说：“现在工作比较多，我没时间陪你玩，你自己在电脑上打游戏吧。”听了爸爸的话，我的心凉了一半，但还抱有一线希望，我边玩边耐心的等爸爸，时间一分一秒的过去了，而爸爸仍端端正正的坐在那里工作着，一会儿低头沉思，一会儿提笔写字，一会儿查阅资料……望着爸爸严肃认真的样子，我不敢打扰他，只好焦急的等待着。我的肚子都饿得咕咕叫了，可是他还不结束，一直到下午的七点半，他才放下手中的工作，站起身来，拖着疲倦的身子领我回家吃饭。爸爸急匆匆地吃过晚饭，嘱咐我做好作业后早点休息，自己又去单位忙工作了。大约晚上十点左右，他回来了，为了不吵醒我，他就没开灯，躺在我身边睡着了。
我的爸爸就是这样一个人，工作起来会忘记时间，忘记自己，他数十年如一日的忙碌着。每当看到爸爸忙碌的身影，我都感到亲切而温暖，我暗暗发誓，在学习上我要像爸爸工作的坚持和韧劲学习，将来也想爸爸一样在自己的工作岗位上孜孜不倦，辛勤耕耘，做一个有用的人。

我的爸爸叫陈晨，顾名思义他是在早上出生的，所以他的性格也就像早晨的太阳一样开朗而热情，整个人充满了阳光。

也许是当过运动员的关系，他的性格很直爽，但是脾气却也非常臭，对我总是要求很严格，总是希望我做到最好。每次我一做错事，他就会对我很凶，训斥我的嗓门很大，非常粗暴。不过，只要我做了令他满意的事，他就会很温柔的对我，陪我游戏、陪我运动，带我游览祖国美丽的山河。
爸爸还烧得一手好菜，在家里我们都叫他“陈大厨”，他的拿手好菜有：“青椒土豆丝”、“清蒸鲫鱼”、“烤鸡翅”、“红烧桂鱼”、“凉拌豆腐”……只要是他吃过的菜，就能原原本本的把它复制出来，怎么样，我的爸爸挺神吧！
我的爸爸虽然很胖，有点懒，脾气也非常火爆，但是我还是很喜欢他，因为我知道爸爸是爱我的，所以爸爸，我也永远爱您。
