未来想经营一家小餐馆的英语作文【一】
一直打算看完柳井正的《经营者养成笔记》后写些什么。但这本书一直断断续续几个月都是未看完的状态。难道要半途而废吗？上周狠逼自己读完，昨天把思维导图整理出来，今天也该是读书笔记输出的时候了。
看完一本书，如果你能用自己的语言把这本书描述出来，并告诉自己怎么用书中的理论来改变自己未来的言行之时，才算彻底地出师。
但这本书怎么描述？我搜肠刮肚。
这本书是优衣库的创始人柳井正经营及思考的经验总结。在电商泛滥的今天，服装早已经是泛滥的蓝海，进入门槛不高，竞争激烈。优衣库为何能在传统模式的基础上站住脚跟，并发展和扩大，这是不是一件值得思考的事情吗？它的.创始人会怎么想，并且怎么做，才有今天的成果？《经营者养成笔记》从他自己的角度了我们一些答案。
这本书原本就是优衣库内部的培训资料，除了正文，书的设计中还有很多行式的留白空间和课后的思考作业，供读者多写多思考。
何谓经营者？作者给我们的答案就是需要“取得成果”并为此努力的人。全书分四个部分来阐释经营者的养成，分别是：变革的能力、赚钱的能力、建设团队的能力、追求理想的能力。
实践出真知，这四个部分是柳井正经营过程中的领悟和实践。当然内容不算严谨，也有互相重叠的部分。但经营思路的脉络却是贯穿有序的。
变革能力作为头一章其实是全书的根基，一个经营者如果没有打破条框顺应环境的变革思维，实际上是无法做好一个企业的。有些常识是做服装固有的，如：“摇粒绒应该由登山服和户外服厂家生产。”，“HEATTECH这类商品应该在体育用品商店销售”。这些都是阻碍和牵绊我们的条框。打破这样的思维，面对客户，客户的需求是什么？第一性原理又是什么？其实不止优衣库，我们自己本身都会存在这样的条框，突破自己，变革很重要，这是成事的基础。
第二章，赚钱的能力，企业最终是要赚钱。我的理解就是经营活动产生的现金流才是正道。不取巧（例如绝不能靠什么大促销来经营），踏实，以客户的需求和痛点为基点，关注实施细节，做好准备，这才是赚钱之本。看吧，大道至简。外行看到的的确是繁华和热闹，里头的付出却不是我们能够想象得出的。
第三章，建团队。人与人是靠信任来维系的，团队亦如此。信任和同理心，这是相处之道的心法。在这个心法之上，还有些具体的实施方法：共享目标，责任到人；交托工作并予与评价；提出期望，发挥部下长处。这就是方法了。
第四章，关于理想和使命。这是让一个企业走得更远的东西，初创企业先是求生，然后才是发展。前三点是求生之道，最后这一点是发展之法。做强有发展，要有愿景使命和理想。
全书贯穿着实践的细节，对应着这些要点，还是收获很大的。每个项目都会有问题和矛盾，不是十全十美的。解决矛盾，让它和市场对搭起来，才是我们的价值所在。围绕着客户和市场，如何变革和搭建自己的团队来实现？如何把企业做大？且看柳井正的《经营者养成笔记》吧。

In order to stop what buses cause, a large amount of hand must be used to widen the roads. On the contrary, the subway train is of more advantages. Except the difficulty and high cost of building the subway, it is superior to the buses in many aspects.
公共汽车作为城市交通方式要比地铁容易，因为公共汽车不需要特别的道路。但是公交车也许多缺点，有些是非常严重的。他们可能会导致噪音和更多的交通事故。公共汽车也导致了严重的空气污染和交通堵塞。为了阻止公交车带来的后果，必须用大量的人力来拓宽道路。相反，地铁列车有着更多的优势。除了建设地铁的难度和高成本外，在许多方面它都优于公共汽车。
