Last Friday, it was a sunny day. We went to The Oriental Greenboat.
The Oriental Greenboat is also an interesting place. There are Children’s World and Interesting Bridge.Children also can stand on the interesting bridge, but some children don’t like it. Because of the bridge was on the lake! It’s dangerous. It’s easier to fall in the lake.
There is even an International safeguards In The Oriental Greenboat.
There are lots of aero planes in it. Some are small , and some are big. And there is a lot of space for us to admire.
We all had a wonderful time there! What a nice spring trip!

Last Thursday, we had a class meeting to discuss where to go for our spring outing. We came up with several choices such as going boating, climbing a mountain, and going to an amusement park. Finally, we decided to go mountain climbing.
The next day, we set off early in the morning. While climbing the mountain, we enjoyed the warm sunshine and a beautiful view . However, when we reached the top, we were shocked to see litter here and there, such as bottles and banana peels. Then we started to pick up the litter and put the rubbish into the nearby recycling bin and non-recycling bin respectively.
We were tired but happy.

1.1 自然资源丰富，峡谷风光独特
阿依河发源于贵州省务川县分水乡，向东北蜿蜒流经重庆市彭水县境内，经长旗坝、舟子沱、三江口，最后在万足乡长溪滩汇入乌江。阿依河景区跨万足、汉葭、朗溪、黄家四个乡镇，全长约21公里，距离彭水县城23公里，是百里乌江画廊的重要组成部分，属峡谷型自然风景旅游区。
阿依河景区自然资源富集，具有峡深、水急等特点。从长旗坝至乌江口其峡深谷高，河床狭窄，礁石遍布，河水清幽而景色绝美，人行其中或泛舟江上有若陶渊明误入桃花源，仿佛身在美妙的天堂，乐而忘返。从舟子沱乘舟而下，沿途可见各种各样的峡谷地貌：有形状若擎天的石笋、庄严的石佛、深不可测的溶洞、貌似罗汉的石笋。整个阿依河彭水河段水体资源极为丰富，其中尤以七里塘河段和儿塘河河段的水体景观最为独特，江面绿水清幽，两岸翠竹环绕。
1.2 生态环境独具魅力
在阿依河景区内分布着茂密的原始森林，在这些原始森林中有种类繁多的野生动物和许多古老的珍贵植物，据林业部门调查，阿依河流域有动物93种，鸟类63种，特别是国家一、二类保护动物如黑叶猴、五步蛇、金钱豹等。阿依河沿岸有许多奇花异草和古老的树种，植物达169种，如中华纹母、红豆杉等。最近彭水县林业局在阿依河景区内发现了一株具有实用、观赏、科研价值的我国特有植物——银钟花。银钟花又叫钟海棠，属于国家三级保护植物，对研究亚洲大陆的变迁、植物区系、植物地理有重要的科研价值。此外，银钟花还有工艺美术价值。这次在彭水县发现的银钟花在全市范围内尚属首次。
1.3 浓郁的民族风情
阿依河景区是苗族土家族聚居区，在这里有丰富多彩的少数民族活动，有独特特色的建筑文化、服饰文化、饮食文化、歌舞文化、宗教文化等等。
1.3.1 建筑文化
在阿依河景区内可欣赏到风格各异、美观实用、独具历史民族神韵的土家民居吊脚楼。该吊脚楼在乡村普遍建造，多为木质结构，大多是正三间，悬山顶式，中间是天井。吊脚楼左右各设一侧门，内外有卧室、厨房、畜厩，卧室外面设火铺。
1.3.2 服饰文化
彭水苗族男子头缠布帕，呈“人字形”，身穿对襟衣，袖长而小，裤筒短而大。衣料多为自织，颜色有花青、花格、全青、全蓝，其中花格最优特色。苗族女子的头帕颜色和男子相似，但包法不同，多为折叠式。女子所穿的裤短而大，腰系围裙，胸前和袖口、裤脚习惯滚边、绣花或排纱。如果参加重要的节日，苗族女子就要着盛装且佩带各种造型美观的银饰。
1.3.3 饮食文化
阿依河沿岸居住在高山上的居民以玉米为主食，兼食杂粮；平坝的居民则以大米为主食。苗族男子爱饮酒，常以酒劝客，如遇客人拒绝他会觉得客人看不起他。肉以猪肉为主，牛羊肉为辅。还有彭水苗族人家几乎家家都有腌制咸菜的菜缸。
1.3.4 歌舞文化
在阿依河流域，有青年男女传情达爱的盘歌，有姑娘出嫁时的哭嫁歌，有最原始的船夫号子，有哭丧时的孝歌，还有平日劳动人民唱的山歌。在这些歌中，最著名的是鞍子的“娇阿依”，已被批准为国家级非物质文化遗产名录。彭水县曾经以“娇阿依”命名的少数民族舞蹈进京演出曾获得金奖。此外，苗族的舞蹈如跳花、龙舞、狮舞及甩手绢也在当地十分流行。
1.3.5 婚俗、丧葬及其他宗教文化
阿依河地区的青年男女婚姻以婚媒为主，而自主结婚的较少。苗族人实行土葬，棺木放在堂屋中央，全家举哀，戴孝帕，大门上贴“当大事”字样，扎各种灵屋和纸人纸马。请法师绕棺敲击法器，彭水人称“拿摸”。当地人很重视拜山神、树神、雨神和火神等自然神。每家每户的小孩如果生病了，要拜石头神。该地区最大的祭祀节为每年农历七月七，俗称月半。过月半的主要活动是祭祖，以纸钱封包，写已故长者名字，焚于户外，并大声呼唤他们收钱。这段时间，家里进来近似蝗虫等青色的虫子是不能伤害的，传说是亲人在眷顾，待七月十五过了，那种虫子便不会再来。时至今日，苗家群众依然重视过月半，届时接回出嫁姑娘团聚一日，并有“正（月）不接，七（月）不送”一说。

Spring came with ail its glories. The new grass exposed its green colour. The pretty flowers opened their blossoms. We were tempted to go for an outing.
It was Sunday, the 20th of April We set out very early on bikes, carrying bottles of champagne, beer and bags of cakes, bacon and cooked eggs. We rode along the winding paths in the fields, across the meadows and down the roads. The willow were fresh and green. The swallows were flying to and fro, up and down the sky. The birds, like musicians, snang their melodious songs in the trees, and the butterflies, like colorful dancers, were fluttering here and there. We breathed the fresh air deeply and laughed heartily.
At 10 am we arrived at the foot of the Shushan Hill. We left our bikes with a bike repairing shop and began to climb up the Hill. Near the top, under a big tree with luxuri ant foliage we had our picnic. We drank and ate, talked and laughed. After the picnic we stood in the breeze with our hands on our waists, enjoying the fine landscape. Then we lay on the grass talking about our life and studies.
At about 4 pm , we returned with balmy greenness on our backs and freshness in our hearts.

This is my first week in ** Senior Middle School.Everything here is new for me.Our school is an old school but it`s very beautiful.I have 50 new classmates in my class.They`re all very excellent, I think, and I felt a little sad.Because I`m too common.But come to think of it,it`s a very good thing.I believe I can also be very excellent if I study with such excellent classmates.I didn`t know why Ms *** chose me to be the committee of study.But I know it`s a good chance for me to raise my ability.All I can do is do my best in the future.I am sure that Ms *** and my classmates can help me when I do something wrong. Because they`re all very kind.It`s a pleasure to work and study with them.I`m really very happy.I`m not an outstanding student in this class,but I can do the same thing like others.I believe I won`t make anyone disappointed.
