达摩祖师生于南印度,婆罗门种姓,传说他是香至王的第三子,出家后倾心大乘佛法,出家后从般若多罗大师。于南朝萧梁时期,自印度航海来到广州,又北行至北魏,到处以禅法教人。据说他在洛阳看见永宁寺宝塔建筑的精美,自言年已一百五十岁,历游各国都不曾见过,于是"口唱南无,合掌连日"。曾在少林寺后山达摩洞闭关九年,在中国弘扬禅法,后来被尊为中国禅宗的始祖。
我们现在汉地的出家人,大多数都是禅宗弟子,对禅宗还是应该多一些了解。禅宗,“直指人心,见性成佛,不立文字,教外别传”。佛陀拈花微笑,迦叶会意,被认为是禅宗的开始。不立文字的意思是修禅不能执着于文字,语言和文字只是对万事万物的描述。但只要我们能了知诸法空相的道理,就会明心见性,了解自己的心性,就可以顿悟成佛。达摩祖师传衣钵表法于二祖慧可,禅宗经二祖慧可,三祖僧璨、四祖道信、五祖弘忍、六祖慧能等大力弘扬,终于一花五叶,盛开秘苑,成为中国佛教最大也是流行最广泛的宗门。
从这部电影中,我们可以领悟出很多道理。在修行中,我们也会遇到各种境界,但是若不从心上自己体悟,想要证得圣道也是很困难的。剧中的台词:“世界上最宝贵的.是智慧之光,不但能照明人得内心,更可辨别是非。”,“佛道修行在心中。”也都讲出了这个道理,这也是佛法的关键。我们修行的过程,就是断惑证真的过程,虽然现在人根基浅薄,不能顿悟。但是还需要努力断烦恼证菩提,上求佛道,下化众生。而想要断除烦恼,使自他获益,首先我们还要先了知烦恼的相状,像法师常说的,如同抓贼,要先认得贼的样子。在我们学的《大乘百法明门论》中,世亲菩萨把一切法总结归纳的非常详细,其中对烦恼性与业的描述,对我们的修行很有帮助,会让我们认识烦恼,并知道该如何断除烦恼。虽然我们不能做到直下见性成佛,至少会让我们在生活中减少很多不必要的烦恼。
电影看过了,给我留下了深刻的印象,也给了我很多启发和思考的空间。达摩祖师一生传奇的经历,是我们学习的楷模和榜样。在修行的路上,我们要追随祖师的足迹,不畏艰难险阻,努力,再努力。

早就听说过这部著名的小说,漫画、广播剧我都见过,不过在那个闲得出奇的周六,我还是选择了小说,我愿意留给自己想象空间,喜欢看文字,就这样,我开始看了。
然后,就是周六看到了凌晨四点,周日上午醒来又开始看,一直看到晚上八点,我这个一目十行的人终于读完了这本小说。
怎么说这种感受呢,就是甜,太甜了。让我有一种强行被人塞了一嘴狗粮的感觉,我这个脸皮厚得像铜墙铁壁的人竟然也要捂住心脏,想大喊一声:爱情真美好!
所以主要先谈谈我对印象最深的两位男主的印象,蓝忘机在我心里是一个极尽温柔的人,只是他的温柔有限,只对最爱的人展现,要么不展现,要么就是淋漓尽致。他很阳光,这种阳光不是性格上的,而是他这个人在那里一站,就是很正很向上,他极为自律,但不是恪守成规,而是真心尊重才这样做。在面对所谓的正邪之分时,没有犹豫,没有徘徊,只有毫无怨言的信任和保护。刚开始我看到他对羡羡的表现,比如把他扣在怀里睡觉,那么纵容他时还在想,这是一个内敛的人吗?明明就是很有爱,很能表达情感的一个人啊。
