随着科技的进步，生活的富裕，多数人都买得起手机，用得起手机了，手机的使用，让人们之间的联系更方便、更快捷。也许你想方便与孩子联系，也许您比较疼爱、关心孩子，也许您经济条件不错，也许您根本就不知道孩子自己买了手机，孩子就拥有了一部手机。
学生拥有手机本来无可厚非，但由于同学们在使用手机这个问题上没有一个正确的认识和态度，使手机远远超出它本来的通讯功能。大多数学生利用手机上网玩QQ、玩游戏、听歌、拍照片、下载图片铃声、发短信、闲聊等等，很多违规行为（包括早恋）都是通过手机进行的。手机甚至已经成为一些同学传播不健康、不文明信息的工具，成了影响学生思想、玷污学生心灵的“手”，成了学生违反校纪校规（作弊、上课发短信）、争阔斗富的“主犯”。归纳手机所带来的负面影响，有以下几个问题：
1、影响休息，耽误学习
根据各方面（包括学生、老师、生活老师）反映，熄灯后不少学生仍偷偷在宿舍、
在被窝里看小说、发短信、上QQ、听歌等，严重影响休息，造成第二天上课无精打采，直接影响学习。利用手机发短信、上QQ、谈恋爱、看电子书是当前中学生的流行做法，这也是手机负面影响一个较为突出的问题。
有一些同学在自习甚至在上课时违规收发短信（甚至有的学生抬头看黑板，手却在
桌下盲打发短信），造成精力不集中，既影响自习效果和上课质量，又破坏正常的自习纪律和课堂秩序。有一些学生则利用晚上10：30熄灯之后，狂发短信。在学生所发信息中，有不少是低级无聊的、不健康的内容，对学生的思想产生极坏影响。如果我们的学生成天被这些电话、短信包围着，还会有什么心思学习？还说什么健康成长？
2、手机辐射大，危害大脑发育
据专家称，青少年的身体发育还未完全成熟，耳朵与颅骨比成年人单薄，抗外界电
磁波的干扰的能力差，自身的'免疫系统还比较弱，学生使用手机时，大脑吸收的辐射比成年人要高出50%，容易造成脑部神经损害，引起头痛、记忆力减退及睡眠失调，严重危害青少年的身体健康。
3、互相攀比，不利于良好世界观的形成
有相当一部分学生带手机到校并非为了方便联系，而是为了炫耀自己，满足虚荣心，
造成同学之间相互攀比。学生相互间的攀比极不利于培养学生勤俭节约的良好品质和艰苦奋斗的优良作风，不利于学生树立正确的人生观、价值观。在相互攀比风气的影响下，学生的手机越来越高档，再加上每月数目不小的费用，给家庭增加了不少的经济负担。这对于一个中学生来说是很不应该的。
家长朋友，虽然我们在学生使用手机方面做了很多规定，但仍有不少同学因违规使用手机而受到处分。手机的不正确使用，已经对我们的校园风气造成很不好的影响，已经到了非整治不可的地步。
由于手机所造成的负面影响，省内外很多学校早已禁止学生携带手机进校园，很多专家、学者以及社会有识人士，包括绝大多数家长也都支持这种做法。经过我们的反复讨论酝酿决定，从2014年11月8日起，禁止学生携带手机进校园，学生违规携带手机进校园将会受到严肃处理。凡在教室和宿舍发现的手机（包括充电器、电池）一律没收，学期末由家长亲自拿走。如出现反复，停课回家交家长教育处理，并全校通报批评，且与学生德育考核、评优评模结合起来，最后记入学生发展报告档案。
家长朋友，禁止学生携带手机进校园，绝不会中断您和孩子的联系，校园内有两个话吧，孩子可以在饭前或饭后与您联系。如果您有事想和孩子联系，可以拨打班主任老师的电话。
为了做好这项工作，请家长朋友配合做好下面工作：
1、在这个问题上，请您态度一定要坚决，一定要理解、支持我们的做法，
并请您在“回执”上填写宝贵意见，且要求孩子返校后把回执交给班主任。
2、耐心做好孩子的思想工作，让孩子理解配合学校的这一做法。
3、坚决不让孩子把手机带到学校。

The popularity of smartphones has exerted great influence on the way people communicate, so much so that an increasing number of individuals contend that face-to-face communication is being replaced by texts and images on the mobile phone.
There are more than one angle to consider this phenomenon. On one hand, it is pleasantly acknowledged that smartphones shorten the distance between families and friends. In November this year, a college student from a prestigious university stabbed to death a professor who was preparing for his teaching. In the US a deadly shooting by a Korean American college student resulted in 33 classmates’ death. These tragedies seem to be unimaginable when college students are regarded as the elite of the society. Some people claim that the higher education do not improve moralities of those college students. Others believe that college students are fragile in their internal minds. These opinions do make sense when we take the overloaded pressure imposed on college students into consideration. While there is no way to rid totally the world of such violence, it is more important to take measures to avoid those occurrences.
Among those solutions, psychological aid is one. If psychological consulting had been resorted to, those tragedies should have happened with less possibility.
