我最期待的是荷花池和玫瑰园了。沿着弯弯曲曲的河道走着，不一会儿就到了玫瑰园。我刚进园门，一阵阵花香扑鼻而来。“哇!真香呀!”我忍不住开口说!“要是能把花瓣带回去做‘书签’就好了。”爸爸听了，伸手正准备摘一朵下来。我说:“别摘，千万别摘，我在地上捡几朵就行了。”爸爸听我这么一说，也就不摘了，帮我一起捡了起来。 过了一会儿，我们准备到前面凉亭里休息一会儿，就在快走到凉亭的时候，看见了许多蜻蜓像飞机似地在田园里上下飞舞。我不禁想起了杨万里诗人写的《小池》，可为什么看不见荷花呢？我想走过去探个究竟。刚转过一个小山弯，忽然眼前看见许许多多美丽的荷花，我来到凉亭中，欣赏着美丽的荷花，它们有许多种颜色，红的，粉的，白的。眼前的荷花，竞相开放，争奇斗艳。啊，一池的荷花真是太美了! 我不是第一次来河南里村，可我每次来都觉得这里变得更加幽美。
我为家乡美丽的河南里村感到自豪!
