有这样两个人，他们同时都拥有半杯水，悲欢者看到这半杯水会说：”可惜只有半杯水”。而乐观者却说：”只有半杯水”同样一杯水，可以引出不一样的感叹，这是为什么呢?这就是良好的心理素质与差劣的心理素质的人的对比。现代人，承受了太多的压力，稍微重一点，就可能导致他粉身碎骨。这就要靠心理素质来调控了。近年来，心理医生这个职业越来吃香，原因就是有大多数人承受不了现代社会快节奏高压力的步调，出现一系列的心理疾病，可是如果我们怀有一颗快乐的心态的话。那么快节奏的步调只会被我们当成一曲交响乐，我们会把承受当作享受。
总之，我们应面对任何事都用一颗感恩的心来面对，有这样的心态，人生在世又有何惧呢?让我们以健康的心态去迎接未来，挑战明天!

南方楚国有一个人叫支离疏，他的形体是造物主的一个杰作或者说是造物主在心情愉快时开的玩笑，脖子像丝瓜，脑袋形似葫芦，头垂到肚子上而双肩高耸超过头顶，颈后的发髻蓬蓬松松似雀巢，背驼得两肋几乎同大腿并列，好一个支支离离、疏疏散散的“美人”坯子!
支离疏却暗自庆幸，感谢上苍独钟于他，平日里乐天知命，舒心顺意，日高尚卧，无拘无束，替人缝衣洗服、簸米筛糠，足以糊口度日，当君王准备打仗，在国内强行征兵时，青壮汉子如惊弓之鸟，四散逃入山中。而支离疏呢，偏偏耸肩晃脑去看热闹，他这副尊容谁要呢，所以他才那样大胆放肆。
当楚王大兴土木，准备建造王宫而摊派差役时，庶民百姓不堪扰，而支离疏却因形体不全而免去了劳役。每逢寒冬腊月官府开仓赈贫时，支离疏却欣然前去领到三盅小米和十捆粗柴，仍然不愁吃不愁穿。
第一次看这篇文章的时候，我就想起了我国古代“塞翁失马”的成语故事。因为它们都阐述了“福兮，祸之所伏;祸兮，福之所倚”的生活哲理。
据说一位中国女士去澳洲看望女儿，飞机飞到太平洋上空时，预报员突然说：“飞机出了故障，乘客请做好自救准备。”于是机舱里一片慌乱，有哭叫的，有咒骂的，有祈祷上天保佑的，有的甚至开始写遗书。而那位母亲迅速套上救护衣后仍平静地坐在位置上，脸上显得那样宁静与安详。过了一会儿，工作人员又告诉大家，故障已经排除。有惊无险，大家又激动得一片混乱，而那位母亲仍一脸平静地坐在那里，一片坦然。事后有人问：“面对亡即将到来的时候，您怎么能显得如此平静?”那位女士平静地说：“这有什么可惊慌的呢，如果平安到达我可以看到我的女儿，若飞机失事，我可以在九泉之下见到我的母亲。如果保持内心平静，逃生的希望也大得多。”
其实，这就是一种心态而已。生命的征途中，爱与恨、得与失、贫穷与富有、成功与失败等在所难免。重要的是我们面对这一切，能“不以物喜，不以己悲”，得意而不忘形，失意也不沮丧。如此，我们才能活得健康惬意、从容大度。
“事物本身没有快乐与痛苦之分，一件事究竟是快乐还是痛苦，关键是看你自己保持什么样的心态，用什么样的眼光去看待。如果你对周围的事物感到不舒服，那是你的感受造成的，并非事物本身如此。借着感受的调整，你可在任何时候都振奋起来。”这是美国著名的激励大师安东尼?罗宾的。也就是说一个人的心态决定着他是否能获得成功与幸福。保持消极的心态，就有消极的人生;保持积极的心态，就会有积极的人生。而要保持什么样的心态，完全由我们自己来决定。

王国维说人生有三种境界。是“独上高楼，望尽天涯路”的凄楚。是“衣带渐宽终不悔，为伊消得人憔悴”的忧伤。是“众里寻他千百度，蓦然回首，那人却在灯火阑珊处”的欣喜。我始终相信，这三种姿态亦是生活的初始状态，生活是公平的，他不会因为你讨厌沼泽和风雨就让这一切都消失。也不会因为阳光的耀眼与绚烂就让它永驻人间。
良好的心态就像海洋上的灯塔，让生活这艘小船不会迷失方向，亦如夜空中星星的光辉，明亮却不刺眼。在苦难面前，每个人会用不同的人生观去对待。悲观的人会说，为什么困难总是降临在我身上。而乐观的人只是骄傲地仰起头，去化解所谓的苦难。
这让我想起了李煜。是他在诉说么?
“空持罗带，回首恨依依。”他在感叹什么?无奈地用一杯鸠酒，结束了自己的生命。也结束了那个离乱的朝代，一片朦胧中，他仿佛看见自己率领南唐的金戈铁马，痛击赵匡胤之卒。可惜，已经迟了……若是他当初把心态方正些，又怎会落得个“亡国之君”的称号呢?他错不该消极地抵抗叛军，给这段历史徒增了几分悲剧色彩。
纵览大观园，依稀可以看见那位佳人。曹雪芹用他的笔墨泼洒出潇湘妃子的弱柳扶风。然而黛玉妹妹的眼泪却是流不尽的。试问生活中真的有那么多的不如意吗?她虽年幼丧母，却得到了贾母的多倍疼爱，虽弱柳扶风，却有幸与宝玉惺惺相惜。何来这悲春伤秋的愁绪?这一切似乎就注定了她的`结局是不完美的——香消玉殒。若是她善待生活，留心周遭的花草，也许会惊异地发现生活其实是美好的。
我欣赏贝多芬的执着，欣赏史铁生的坚韧，欣赏张海迪的勇气。他们在生活面前从未说过“不”子。也不会因为苦难就止步不前，而是用良好的心态，书写他们的传奇，谱写一曲雄奇壮美的赞歌!我想说的是，心态决定我们的人生，善待生活，你也许会发现，今天早晨的天空就很美。
