Everyone has his own dream. I want to be a good doctor in the future. The reason is that some doctors saved my life after I was badly hurt in a traffic accident. 强化职业素质与能力的培养，必须有一定的措施做保障，使“三阶段四模块”的`就业指导模式能够落到实处。
首先，设置就业能力训练区，设立多个实训项目。设立职业素质拓展训练场、心理行为能力训练室、职业礼仪训练室、模拟招聘训练场等，学生可以在仿真的环境中选择实训项目和指导教师，迅速提升职业能力。
其次，建立“职业能力培养训练场”，以职业技能培养为中心，促进学生职业能力的提升。高起点打造教师教学技能实训中心、艺术设计实训中心、软件工程实训中心等多个职业能力训练中心。

在地方师范院校毕业生就业形势越来越严峻的情况下，大庆师范学院的人才培养和就业指导水平逐年提高。从大庆师范学院2008—2010届毕业生事业发展前途调查比率统计分析中可以看出，连续三届毕业生事业发展前途乐观的比率达到76%。毕业生工作与所学专业的对口率、毕业生就业岗位的适应性和毕业生事业发展前途都较好，说明学校的专业设置和课程设置能够结合社会需求，符合为社会培养人才的要求，就业指导模式具有较强的职业和岗位针对性。
综合大庆师范学院毕业生毕业半年、一年、二年、三年的就业质量进行分析的结果来看，在就业去向中到公立学校、国企、事业单位的学生占毕业生数的30%。目前，毕业生就业质量有逐年提高的趋势，近两年毕业生的教育质量还会高于往年。“三阶段四模块”的就业指导模式实现了人才培养与地方经济发展的无缝对接，使高校能够更好地为经济发展服务，为地方输送优秀人才。
地方师范院校的就业指导工作是一个系统的工程。众所周知师范生就业困难，职业能力培养和就业指导尤为重要，需要高校领导高度重视和各部门、院系的协调配合，不断提升大学生的职业适应性和就业能力。
